At the studio
Abel's POV
After leaving Courtney's condo, I was in a pretty good fucking mood. The perfect mood to go record with Drake. I called up my driver and gave him the address, and he got me there in no time.
As soon as I enter, I'm relieved to see Lamar. He, however, quickly grabs my arm and pulls me aside.
"So, according to Drake, you left with his cousin last night. Is that true?"
"Yeah, man." I say getting kind of agitated.
"And she's a girl?"
"She was the last time I checked."
"Abel, man, please don't tell me you fucked her."
"Why not?"
"Cause' Drake just told us about how the last time a guy from his crew tried to fuck around with his cousin, the nigga got his ass beat."
"Well, It's a good thing that he's not going to find out about it."
"What makes you so sure that's she's not just gonna snitch on you as soon as she finds out that you've moved on?"
"Because, we're friends." I say confidently as Lamar raises an eyebrow at the word 'friends'.
"Well, you better hope that's what she says." Lamar says as we walk back into the studio. Drake meanwhile looks pretty happy to see me.
"Abel, man. Tell me, how did my cousin treat you? I know that she can be a bit frustrating sometimes." He says as he pats me on the back. And it's so weird for me because I fucked his cousin last night and I should probably feel guilty about it but I don't.
"To tell you the truth, I actually got her drop me off at my old fuck-buddy's house. But your cousin is cool man."
"That's good to hear. Now let's get started on this album." Drake says as we walk into the recording booth.
