"Hey Claire."I said entering my 5 period class."I have the cutest little doll."Claire chirped as she showed her American doll. "Oh?"I said confused as adam walked as soon as I came over. "What's up with him?"I asked with confusion."My eyes...hurt."Courtney said with sleepiness in her voice."I know."I said sniffing. "I don't wanna be here today."I said yawning. "You'll be fine."Claire said to us. "Morning girls."Sage said putting his arm around claire. "Okay I'm leaving."I said irritated that Mason was avoiding me all day he did. The next day he avoided me. I tried to talk him in 6th period he moved. I just literally felt ripped open...so I stayed home until this sickness wore down. "Claire?"My mother called."what?"I asked with the pillow over my face."You need to eat something...I'm worried,the teacher's worried,your friends. Everyone. What's going on?"My mother asked."Leave me alone."I said closing the door and blasting some music. I felt my mom sighing. It's not like she actually cared. Then my phone ranged. "Hello?"I said sighing. "It's me....i need to see you."Mason said sounding like he was stressed."I really am,not in the mood."I sighed."Jasmine don't play with me. Then he embraced me with the biggest and warmest hug...I had to be leaking then,I couldn't believe that so much love and warmth could come out of one person the way it did from him. "I'm sorry I've been ignoring you...no I hate myself for avoiding you. I was just afraid."He admitted. Wait he's expressing his feelings to me...the high school badass does have a feminine side. "It's okay,I forgive you."I said still holding him. Then he let go and looked into my eyes."I was afraid of my feelings for...you. I never thought my narssassitic ways and arogant ego would ever make room for my heart."He said grabbing my hand with his shaky calmy hands."I don't understand...what do you mean?"i said still trying to figure out the new Mason. "Jas,I've fallen for you. I am so serious."Mason said as his breath hitched. My heart stopped because I wasn't even breathing right now. I felt as if the whole world exploded and we were the only two to have survived. "It's really hard for me not stay away or for me not mess with you,it's my idiotic way of showing you that I care and I really like you."Mason said unloading his every emotional word."Then Why'd you hate me so much?"I asked still in shock. "I was afraid of getting too close to you. Every time I felt myself wanting you more,i had to insult you so that you wouldn't get the wrong idea of me...that's usually correct."He said sitting up."Mason I never knew-" Mason stopped me with his pick cotton lips and wear smooth and silky. I couldn't denied it but what was it I felt? My heart was gravitating to him, it was all along.
