"Hi mum" I called out as I got home.
"Hello sweetie how was school"
"I was good as usual, there's a new person though called phil lester" I called back "I'm going up to my room now mum"
"Ok sweet do you want me to make you any dinner or not"
"No thank you mum I'm fine tonight" I shouted back from the top of the stairs. Once I got to my room I went to my mirror and looked at myself in it.
Why am I so ugly? why can't I just look nice and be happy?

I reached for the pills and poured them all into my mouth ten minutes later my vision went blurry and I passed out.

I woke up in a hospital bed with my mum sitting outside of my room. I started coughing loudly and my mum rushed in and hugged me.
"Dan I love you so much don't ever do that again please"
"I'm sorry mum I love you too" I replied
"Don't say sorry Dan it's not your fault. Do you want me to get you some water?"
"Yes please mum" my throat was hurting so much and I could barely talk. My mum walked out of the room and went to get me some water.
