~Taylor's Point Of View~

I wake up early so I can say goodbye to Sel and Iz. I had a horrible sleep, I was tossing and turning from thinking about the events of yesterday. I can't imagine life without Izzy.

I put my hair into a messy bun and rub my eyes. I walk down the stairs to see Selena and Izzy snuggled up on the couch, still sleeping. They should have woken up over an hour ago.

I shake Selena awake, and Izzy also wakes up from the sudden movement.

Both of their eyes groggily open, and Izzy still has gauze wrapped around her wound.

"Guys, get up. If you want to make it to rehearsals on time, I would try to head out within 20 minutes." I say.

"20 minutes?!" Selena screams. "I need to go get ready!" She bolts up the stairs and into my room, heading for my closet.

Izzy and I follow her, and find some blue jean shorts and a striped shirt for Izzy to wear.

Selena exits my closet wearing a red dress of mine and white heels. She does her hair then grabs Izzy's hand, giving me a quick goodbye and running out the door and into a limousine.

The limo takes off, leaving me alone with Clavin, who is somewhere downstairs, probably sleeping.

I go downstairs and turn on a TV show, when I hear my phone ring.

I cringe, remembering that the last time I received a call it was telling me that Izzy was unconscious.

I lean over and pick up the phone, not recognizing the number.

I sigh and answer.

"Hello?" I ask.

"Hi! My name is Rebecca. I'm Isabelle's real mother." The female voice says.

"Excuse me?" I ask, confused.

"I'm Isabelle's mother. Her real one. You took her from me, and adopted her. I want my daughter back, and she wants me back too. She needs her real mom." Rebecca says.

The way she says "real mom" makes me shudder. I was Izzy's "real mom" even if I wasn't her mom by blood. She loves me.

"I'm sorry, I think you have the wrong number." I lie.

"Are you sure, Taylor Alison Swift? Because I'm pretty sure I just saw Isabelle get into a limousine in front of your house with one of your friends." She says in a matter-of-factly voice.

"It's Izzy. She hates the name Isabelle. And I'm sorry, how do you know that all that just happened?" I ask with fear in my voice.

"I'm literally standing in front of your door. Care to let me in?"

"Uhhh.... Give me a minute." I say and hang up.

I run into the guest room, where Calvin lays sound asleep.

"Calvin!" I scream directly into his ear.

He jolts out of bed with a terrified look.

"What?! Are you okay?!" He screams back frantically.

"Not really. Izzy and Selena are at rehearsal for the Revival Tour, and I just got a call from Izzy's birth mom... She is standing outside. What do I do?" I ask nervously.

"I'll come talk to her with you." He says.

We walk downstairs, Calvin leading, and open the front door.

There stands Rebecca, who looks almost identical to Izzy. She has the same blond curls and piercing blue eyes.

"Hi, I'm Taylor." I say and put my hand out for her to shake.

She glares at my hand, then back up at Calvin.

"And this is...?" She asks, motioning towards him.

"This is my boyfriend Calvin." I say.

"I would like to have my daughter back." Rebecca says suddenly.

"She's my daughter... You abandoned her. And I adopted her. Legally, she is my daughter." I say.

"I never abandoned her, she left for school one day and never came back." She says almost as if she had rehearsed the line a hundred times. I didn't buy it.

"Mmhmm. Okay. Well I'm going to have to ask you to leave, unless you want the police to get involved." Calvin says.

"You can't make me leave!" She says to him.

Her small frame is nowhere close to the size of Calvin's, but she somehow makes him look small.

"Actually, he can." I say back.

"Stay out of this, Barbie." Rebecca shoots back.

I take a step away, only slightly fazed by her insult.

I slowly move away form the door, and once I'm out of sight I run up to my room and dial 911. The dispatcher tells me not to worry, and the police will arrive shortly.

I head back downstairs just in time to see Rebecca pull a gun out of her pocket and shoot the floor right next to Calvin's foot. He screeches in shock, and throws his hands in the air to surrender, I do the same.

She moves her stare from Calvin to me, aiming the gun towards my face.

"Listen here, I want my daughter back. Give her to me now, and you'll be unharmed. Put up a fight and I'll shoot you." Rebecca says.

"She isn't here..." I say.

Rebecca moves the barrel slightly to her left, then fired, the bullet whizzing right past my ear.

I gasp out of fear.

Sirens begin to get louder, and I sigh in relief.

She aims her gun back to my head, and takes a step closer to me.

"Where is she?!" She screams louder.

Just as I'm about to speak, the cops burst through the front door and knock her to the ground. The handcuff her and eventually drag her out of the room.

I am shaken up from all the things that just happen, so I go sit down on the couch, my eyes wide.

I tell Calvin that I'm going for a drive, and head to the rehearsal space where Selena and Izzy are.

I walk into the arena and sit in the front row, and watch as Selena learns choreography. Izzy is up on stage too, smiling as wide as humanly possible.

I smile too, thankful to have such a wonderful daughter.
