"Crucio!" Lucius exclaimed, pointing his wand at me. I fell to the floor screaming.

Then it was Draco's turn. "Stupefy!" He yelled. I was thrown back against the stone wall. Then everything went black.

I should probably explain who I am, and what my situation is. My name is Kathrynn Hope Riddle, I am eleven years old, aaaannnnddd I'm the daughter of You-Know-Who. My parents were muggles who wronged the Malfoys. Three years after I was born, they mysteriously disappeared. And died. Or that's what I was told when I was little. Now I know the truth. I was taken to Malfoy Manor where I've been tortured everyday since. I have long, curly blonde hair and light blue eyes. I am very short and unnaturally skinny. Okay... have I covered it all? Wow, I must have hit my head hard. I'm talking to myself. Gosh, I think my many concussions had finally made me go crazy. Still talking to myself. Okay, sorry I'll stop. (A/N I have AAS (annoying author syndrome.)

I woke up to a huge barn owl poking me in the eye. "What. The. Heck." I grumbled, shoving the bird off me. I sat up, my head throbbing. In the owls beak, there was a thick, cream-coloured envelope addressed to me. I tore it open. Blah blah blah... magical school. That's where Draco started going last year. I'm a witch? Oh wait. I knew that. Okay, anywhere is better than here! I wrote my reply in blood from the cut on my wrist, and gave it to the impatient bird. I trudged upstairs to tell Narcissa. She was somewhat civil to me. I knocked on her door.

"Yes?"

"It's me."

"Oh."

"Can I come in?"

"I suppose so."

Her room was lavishly decorated, with all the new trends. There was a four-poster bed in the corner with a black veil around it, a table with all of her makeup and a huge mirror, a magnificent window, and a separate sitting room.

"Well? What is it?" She snapped, pulling me out of my thoughts.

"Oh! Um, I got a Howarts letter." I said, wringing my hands nervously.

"I see."

"Can I go?"

"Yes. Be ready in five minutes. You will go with Draco and Lucius." She said. Then, she proceeded to wave her wand, and, I was wearing a black dress, my hair was brushed, and I wasn't covered in blood and dirt. "Need to look presentable." She mumbled. I quickly thanked her and went downstairs where Evil Jerk One and Evil Jerk Two were waiting. As soon as my foot touched the floor, Evil Jerk One (EJO), grabbed my arm and apparated.

We appeared in Diagon Alley and I was gasping for breath. We entered a bookstore and EJO and EJT immediately took out their wands. "Crucio." They said simply. I was hit by the force of two spell and the shock of apparating. I fell on my hands and knees screaming and gasping, tears flowing down my cheeks.

"Stop! Please stop! *horror movie screams* Please." My voice was becoming barely a whisper as they watched me scream in pain. A large crowd was gathering, wanting to help, but they were scared of the Malfoys. I honestly thought I was going to die. It seemed like hours, I couldn't scream anymore, when, finally, someone pushed their way to the front of the crowd. It was three someone's, actually. One was a boy with red hair and freckles, the second was a rather pretty girl with brown eyes and curly hair, and the last person was a boy with unruly black hair and piercing green eyes.

"Expelliarmus!" The black haired boy yelled, pointing his wand at Lucius.

"Oi! Potter, come to see the show?" Malfoy sneered. They ignored him, though, and rushed over to me. I was on my back, gasping, with tears silently streaming down my face. The freckled boy turned to Malfoy.

"Who is this, anyway?"

"A filthy mudblood, like Granger. They should be good friends, no?" Malfoy smirked. He knew perfectly well I wasn't a mudblood, he just didn't care to admit it. "Don't call Hermione or her that!" The redhead snapped at him, looking towards the girl with brown hair.

Her cheeks were red, but she only looked at the redhead and said, "Leave it. He's not worth it." They all turned their attention back to me.

"My name is Harry Potter, and this is Ron Weasley," He gestured to the redhead. "And Hermione Granger." He looked towards the girl, who smiled at me.

"Who are you?"

"Kathrynn." I managed to whisper before I went unconscious.

I woke up in a small, cozy house with a lot of Windows and an interesting clock. There were several concerned faces looking at me, most of them having red hair. I sat up, alarmed. "Where am I?! Who are you?! What happened?!" I said, curling closer to the edge of the couch and glancing at them uncertainly.

"You met us in the bookstore, remember? Harry, Ron, and Hermione?"

"Um, no, sorry." He exchanged worried looks with pretty much everyone else in the room, then cleared his throat.

"Right. Sorry. Let's start over. My name is Harry Potter, this is Hermione Granger, and the Weasleys. Ron, Ginny, Fred, George, and Mrs. Weasley. Malfoy was torturing you, and, you, um, passed out." He said uncomfortably. "Who are you, again?"

"Kathrynn." They all waited for my last name, but I didn't say. Everyone hates my father, including me. There was an awkward silence that Hermione broke.

"Are you, by any chance, related to the, um, Malfoys?" She asked, unsure.

"No." Was all I said. These people were nice, but I wasn't going to stay here. I looked at Mrs. Weasley, "Thank you for letting me stay, I appreciate it, but I think I should go now." I said, sitting up.

"Oh, no, dear! You're not stable!" She fussed over me.

"I think I'll be okay." I replied. I mean, I've been tortured many times and I'm still pretty stable.

"Mmmmm. Listen to Mum, last time I didn't... it was pretty bad." Ron said, standing up.

"I'm fine." I insisted, standing up and moving in front of Ron. "See?" Then I began to feel dizzy.

Ron smirked. "3, 2, 1." I collapsed, my head throbbing. Ron caught me, and put me back on the sofa. I glared.

"That was nothing. My ankle gave out for a second. It happens."

"Mmmhhhhmmm." He replied.

"Honestly! Thank you Mrs. Weasley, but I can walk."

"No, no, no!" She said, fussing again. I ignored her and stood up.

"Thank you again, but in really should be going." I tried walking. My head was pounding and I felt like everything was happening in slow motion. I was extremely dizzy, but I tried to not show it.

"Kathrynn its obvious that you're unsteady." Harry argued.

"Am not!"

"Yes, you are! You need to stay longer, and lay down before you pass out!"

"No."

"Yes."

"No."

"Yes."

"No."

"Yes."

"No."

"Yes."

"No."

"Yes."

"No."

"Yes."

"No."

"Yes."

" Yes."

" No."

"See?! You said no!"

"Kathrynn. I can tell you're about to pass out. Or fall again." It was true, I was swaying slightly just standing there. I groaned, "Ugh. Harry, honestly I'm fine!" I insisted, making my way towards the door. He followed me, annoyingly.

"Why are you following me?"

"Because you're about to lose your balance. And fall. Again."

I scoffed. "Am not!" Then dizziness took over and I fainted.
