Chapter five

Nate's P.0.V

"He's gone and that's it. How stupid am I, I banished my mate form my pack and now he is probably with that other mate of his" I cried

Kyle put his arm around me in an attempt of comfort "I'll go find him and I'll bring him back" Kyle stated and got up "why would you do that" I asked with my head in my hands "Because he is our Luna and my best friend"
I shook my head, knowing Logan, he's gonna be stubborn and I would have to deal with the fact he has another mate and we would have to......share. I don't share what belongs to me.

Logan's p.o.v

I woke up thankfully still in wolf form and not naked right in between my two mates but my wolf wasn't happy. He missed our Nate Alpha and I do as well, he did kick me from the pack fully aware that I physically wouldn't be able to choose between Colin, and him. Jasper just so happens to come along and now it's even more difficult.

I slipped away from their hold on my waist and put on some of Colin's clothes that hung loosely on me. "Alpha, a beta was spotted near our grounds we think he is from the Horizon pack,"  said Colin's beta Charlie, waking up my two mates. My ears perked up at the name of my old pack and I spoke before Colin could "where" I shouted

They both looked at me and the wolf told me north beside the river. I ran out of the pack house to see a friend as I said I'm close friends with most of the pack. Colin was right beside me so I wouldn't get attacked by anything that wished me harm. It was kinda funny since Colin had black jeans, shoes and just a suit jacket on because he was in a hurry to get to me.

The scent hit my nose and I knew it was Kyle.
He saw me and his eyes brightened until he saw Colin behind me. Kyle immediately grabbed me and pushed me behind him "No Kyle that's Colin, my mate" Kyle still glared at Colin and kept his grip on my forearm firm

After a staredown between the two, Kyle looked at me with pleading eyes "please come home Logan I miss you, Nate's misses you and for god sake, the whole pack misses you" I pulled my arm away "why would Nate miss me" I said fully aware of why.

"Because you are his mate," Kyle said as if I didn't know "but he rejected me" I snapped at Kyle. There where two gasps behind me and they belonged to Colin and Jasper, who had just shown up "he didn't mean it like that he just didn't want another wolf touching you" Kyle defended

"Another wolf, you mean my freaking mate" I turned and went to go back to my new packs home when Kyle spoke up "just come for dinner and talk things through he is your mate and I know you miss him and being apart from a mate hurts believe me I know"

I turned and faced him, I didn't know Kyle had a mate. He read the look of confusion on my face and added " she died a while back by a savage werewolf and I wasn't able to save her, I know what it's like to be apart from your mate and I know what it's like to lose one, and let me tell you the pain is almost unbearable if Nate hadn't been there for me when he was, I would've....." Kyle stopped speaking unwilling to finish his sentence. The last teardrop left his eyes and he took a breath in.

"Just dinner, please" Kyle begged in a soft voice. I looked at my mates and then back to Kyle "okay we'll come for dinner" I said. "we," Kyle asked "yeah, I and my mates" Kyle nodded "okay I'll see you at eight"

"We'll be there" Colin added, Kyle left and I returned to the rogues home with Colin and Jasper. "Yay free food" Jasper smiled "it's not a joke" Colin growled making jasper worry "what's wrong," he asked generally concerned
"This Nate fellow is going to try and steal Logan from us. That pest said it himself, the bastard won't share and then we will be left mateless" Colin growled

"I won't leave you," I told him, a flash of relief passed his eyes but he was still mad "we can work something out over dinner and if can't accept the fact that the both of you are my mates then I'll have no choice but to reject him.
