Bruce Wayne was a 17 year old rich kid in high school. He always loved Pamela but she never noticed him like that. Bruce was at the ice cream place when his friends Artemis, Wally, and of course Pamela arrived and walked over to them cause he knew them from school "Hey guys whats up."
Wally West was a prankster and wasn't serious about anything so he grabbed Pamela at super speed then called her a freak just making fun of her. Artemis laughed with Wally at her
Pamela Isley was a shy girl who had abnormal powers and hated how people saw her as a freak "You guys suck!" She yelled "I might as well kill all of you!" She screamed slamming her hands on the counter causing a scene "Don't touch me!" She yelled. She grabbed a glass bowl and smashed it down on the ground
Artemis turned back to Bruce, "should we do something?"
"Woah Ivy calm down are you alright?" Bruce asked her concerned
Artemis frowned and took a step backwards, "You should calm down or someone will get hurt."
Pamela walked over to a nearby table pushing all of the toppings on the ground causing a glass sticky mess everywhere "LEAVE ME ALONE!" She yelled, still continuing to destroy the store
Bruce walked over to Ivy in a attempt to calm her down "Please Pam calm down talk to me im here whats wrong."
The poison running in her blood, and all the changes had caused her to be unstable and overwhelming "don't look at me!" She pushed him away and grabbed her jacket off the table and walked out to the curb.
Artemis just watched her leave and noticed the guy at the counter hiding below the cash register.
Bruce walked after her and went outside after her meltdown and saw her on the curb "Uhh you wont beat me up if i sit with you right?" He said to Pam
"I wouldn't challenge someone I know I can lose against." Pamela said under her breath, and her voice muffled with her face being buried in her arms
Artemis then followed Bruce out and tapped his shoulder, "Ugh, should I leave you two?"
Bruce looked at Artemis "Yea let me talk to her alone and try to calm her down."
Artemis nodded her head, "Okay. I'll just wait over here." She walked a few feet away.
Bruce walked closer to her and sat next to her "Pam you know you can talk to me about anything, whats up with the destroying the ice cream store?"
Artemis eyed the two and chuckled under her breath, "I bet they're an item."
"I didn't like him touching me." Pamela said "so I hit him." She looked over at him "then he called me a freak; so I went psycho" she pouted. Her and Bruce had been really close ever since middle school, it would be like him to be at the right place at the wrong time.
"Oh im sorry Pamela you know how Wally can be sometimes but you're not a freak to me." Bruce tried to cheer her up and make her feel special
"Bruce. I am a freak." Pamela wiped her eyes "I've acquired abilities that make me a freak." She sighed "I don't know though-- I don't like any of them anyways." She pouted
"Come on some of them are your friends and they care about you like Artemis she cares." Bruce put his arm around trying to comfort her after he saw her wipe her eyes
"I'm so screwed. I don't have any cash." Pamela leaned into him completely disregarding Artemis was a few feet behind him "I'll apologize to Artemis, but that's it."
"Thats fine Pamela but just know that you're not a freak to me." Bruce held her close and smiled at her
Artemis tried not to giggle loudly, "Yeah, they're an item!" She covered her mouth and attempted to make a serious non-chalant face.
"Your a nerd." Pamela punched him and stood up "so from weeks of intensive therapy and rehab, I've decided to apologize." She joked "I'm sorry I crashed your date." She grinned "and your ice cream date." She sighed "and slapped your date in the face." "And embarrassed you in front of everyone in the store."
Artemis laughed, "It's okay, I understand, and I forgive you. You guys are cracking me up! Bruce and you eh eh?"
"Strictly friends." Pamela rolled her eyes and got her wallet out of her pocket "hopefully my $6.32 will cover the damages" she sighed walking into the store and putting her money on the counter and exiting back outside
Artemis nudged Bruce coughing, "Pay..*cough* for the damage *cough*"
"Yes of course." Bruce walked inside and placed a couple hundreds on the table "Sorry about the damage." He then walked back outside
"Bruce" Pamela rolled her eyes " I don't always need you to clean up my messes for me."
"Aww but its really fun when i do, i enjoy covering you anyways so dont worry about it." Bruce smiled at her and looked at Artemis inside waving at her
Artemis smirked saying to herself wistfully, "Such a perfect couple." She sat down at a table outside and licked her icecream.
"Well it's pretty obvious that I'll never be welcome at this store again, so I should I should probably head home." Pamela said
"Well you never know maybe they will let you back after all i gave them a little to much." He laughed and hugged her "Thats for apologizing well see you around then Pamela."
"See you at school tomorrow?" She asked looking up at him
"Yes definitely see you tomorrow." He smiled at her
Artemis chanted quietly, "Kiss now, kiss now, kiss now!"
"Also, there is this magical thing called budgeting." She joked then released the hug, she stuck her hands in her pockets once more and began to walk home
Artemis frowned, "Awe dang it. They didn't kiss. Well now they're my otp."
He went back inside the ice cream store and got a ice cream to go then went back to his manor
Pamela went to her home in the nicer trailer park-- then she continued to scream in her pillow from the overwhelming day
