Mysterious Fate (Ben Drowned love story)

Chapter 10

*Ben*

My eyes widened."Dude don't tell anyone!"He chuckled. How the hell did he know."How did you know?"I whispered looking away.

"I have my ways. Anyway, it's obvious. Just the way you look at her."I felt the blood rush into my cheeks. I'm really getting messed up about this stuff. It's never happened before. Jack snapped me out of my thoughts when he finally spoke up."It's ok don't get your panties in a twist. I swear I won't tell anyone."I sighed in relief. But I swear I heard him mutter something else. It was something like 'yet'.

After what felt like another hour of complete, utter silence we finally got to the girls house. We climbed into the window. The girl opened it smiling at Jack. She eyed me suspiciously."I've brought a friend is that ok?"She nodded slowly. We climbed through. "Hey Sarah, have you got a drink?"asked Jack. That must have been her name.

"Yeah. In the fridge downstairs if you want to get one."She replied.

"Ben, get me and Sarah a drink."Jack ordered me. I sighed. I'm not his godamn slave. I trudged downstairs.

I passed a rather large living room. It was stunning. There was a snow white leather corner sofa, two snow white arm chairs, a glass coffee table with a wierd shaped statue of god knows what on and a massive television on the wall. It was black and must have been like a 50" or something.

I walked out of the room and entered the most beautiful kitchen I'd ever seen. There were grey tiles on the floor. They were dull and kind of cracked unlike the smooth, shiny grey tiles on the walls. The surfaces were a light grey marble. The cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster and kettle were all the same shade of silver.

I walked over to the fridge and got their drinks out. I slammed the fride door shut and headed back upstairs. As I reached the top of the stairs I heard them talking. I thought we were going to kill the girl not have a nice tea party and chat about our weekend. As I got closer I could just about makeout what they were saying.

"Listen Sarah. I was going to come here to uuhm you know kill

you."Jack whispered."But I've been thinking and uuhm I shouldn't have done this but I've grown attatched to you and I think I have feelings for you."He blurted out quikly, obviously embarassed by the sound of his voice. I smirked.

"I like you to Jack."Sarah informed him.

"Really?!"Jack practically yelled. I didn't here anything after that so I decided to walk in.

"Hey what's up with all the shout-"I was cut off by the sight on front of me. He was kissing her!

"Ooooh Jackie's got a girlfriend!"I chanted over and over again. Sarah giggled and Jack lunged at me and whispered something in my ear.

"Tell anyone and your dirty little secret may somehow slip out my mouth when I next see Jeff."He said with a toothy grin. He pulled his mask back down and grabbed his drink.

"BLACKMAIL!"I shouted then realised what may happen if I didn't agree."Fine!"I hissed.

After that, we started chatting. Sarah's actually quite nice if you get know her. After about an hour we left to go home. We walked through the woods in silence. I got thinking. If Jack could say that to Sarah then I could say it to Jade right? I figured out that I would do it as soon ad I got home.

When we eventually got home, I said hi to Lj, Jeff and Slendy, as they were the only ones awake, and rushed upstairs to my room. I got a pen and paper and scribbled a note. I poked my head out the door to check if anybody was watching. I sprinted silently to Jade's bedroom door. I was just able to slide the note under the door. I banged on the door and ran back to my room and closed the door. I had finally done it!

*Jade*

I was on my laptop when I heard a knock at my door. I sighed and walked over to the door. I opened the door but there was nobody there. What a surprise. As I closed the door and went to walk back to my desk I slipped on something. I felt it crumple under my foot. When I looked down I saw a folded piece of paper. I unfolded it. It read:

-Jade,

Meet me by the lake outside at midnight. Please it's important.-

They didn't even sign their name. Well I know it's definitely someone in the mansion. But who? I glanced over at the click on my wall.I had fifteen minutes.I got dressed in some shorts and a My Chemical Romance tee-shirt.I tried to tame my wild, tangled hair. By now I had five minutes so I headed out.

I trudged through the overgrown grass wondering who the hell called me here in the first place. As I looked up at the pond. There was a dark figure sitting on the grass next to the water. I knew that green costume anywhere. It was Ben.
