I panicked and grabbed the hand gun from the case behind the tv (don't judge, I'm paranoid, there's one in pretty much every room except Max's and the bathrooms) I went to check the camera really fast one more time to see where the guy was when I heard Max scream. He tried to run out the door with Max kicking and screaming but I shot him in the knee , making him fall to the ground. Max ran from him and he grabbed her foot making her fall back down. She struggled away and ran behind me. "You got fucking nerve coming here and messing with my daughter asshole. Don't you fucking move or I WILL shoot you in the neck this time!" He pulled out a gun and I immediately shot him in the neck without hesitation. Max was behind me in complete shock crying her eyes out. I ripped off his black ski mask to see who he was..... "What the fuck.."
