Today is going to be a stressful day. It is the end of the semester so I have a lot of tests to do. See, the thing is, I always revise so hard for tests yet I still get my results back and kick myself for not doing any better.
I get ready for school: I wash, I pack my bag, sometimes I have breakfast and then I leave to catch my bus. The bus is always fun because Danny is on it most of the time, so that's all good. We have so many inside jokes and good memories just from being on the bus, so think how many we have altogether!
I get to school and remember how horrible it is. Big crowds in the corridors, the teachers, even Danny can't cheer me up about having to go to this hellhole. During form, our tutor wishes us good luck with all of our end-of-semester exams and gives us chocolates. I like our form tutor, she's one of the only teachers who doesn't go on about the same old boring thing and who acts like one of us and actually fits in. Any other teacher nowhere near meets the same criteria as her.
I don't normally have many friends at school but because Danny is one of the "jocks", most of the girls which drool over them hang out with me.
The bell goes for first period. This is it. My history exam. I walk through the corridors, past all of the people and into my history class. The best thing which I'd heard so far today came out of my teachers mouth. "No test today, class" he said. Turns out he realised that we hadn't had him for many lessons this semester as his wife had given birth to a little girl so he couldn't give us a test which we would know nothing about. For the rest of the lesson we just went over the topics and revised a little.
The next two lessons were as boring as always, except worse, because we had exams. I completed my Art and Maths exams and I think I've done fairly well on them. Now, it was time for lunch.
Lunch today is different. Danny isn't hanging out with me, or the jocks. He is hanging out with the more academically-gifted people. This doesn't seem like him.
If you are reading my book could you please follow me too? I'd like to know people are actually reading my statuses when I let you know my next chapter is up. Sorry if I'm being picky, Nicole x
