"Alright, I'm on my way." Ayesha told him.

"No, I'll come pick you up."

"No, you don't have to do all that, I'll drive myself there."

"Ayesha you're pregnant, I'm not letting you put our child in danger."

"Okay Steph, whatever."

She sat at the kitchen table waiting for him. The woman decided to scroll through Twitter and check out some things. She noticed a few tweets from different people.

"Ugh, I can't believe Stephen Curry isn't with his wife Ayesha anymore! I wonder what he did."

She thought to herself, "if they only knew the real story." Ayesha figured it was a good idea to stop apologizing to him, it wasn't going to take back what she did and she just had to accept the fact that she cheated.
There was a knock at the door, Ayesha knew it was Stephen and she felt a little excited. She hadn't saw him in a while and the young woman just liked to be around him. Grabbing her bag and locking the house door, she greeted  Wardell with a small smile.

"Do you need me to carry that for you? I don't want you to use too much energy... It could hurt the baby."

"Calm down Steph, I can carry a purse."

"Are you sure?"

"I'm positive, okay? I'm fine."

The car ride to the doctors was very awkward. They made small conversation, but nothing serious.

"Soo, have you thought about any names for the baby?" Ayesha asked.

He smiled a little.

"If it's a girl, Riley or Ryan... I haven't really thought about any boy names to be honest. What about you, you got any names?"

" Riley Curry... That's cute, I like it..I haven't thought about any girl names," she chuckled a little.

"But, if it's a boy I was thinking Xander, I came up with it because of my last name, Alexander."

"Xander Curry... It has a nice ring to it."

The rest of the ride was silent. It had been a few months since they had talked about everything. The only time they called each other was to remind each other about the doctors appointments. The torn couple knew sooner or later they'd have to talk things out to raise the baby properly, but for now, they just stuck to not talking.

Walking into the doctor's office, Ayesha became nervous and Stephen took notice. He placed his hand on her shoulder, letting her know everything was okay. They signed in and took a seat.

"Are you okay Esha?"

"I'll be okay.." She lied. Deep down inside, Ayesha was slowly loosing herself.

He knew she was lying and hurting, but he didn't want to bring anything up.. Especially out in public. Once they finally got in the back, Stephen began to feel nauseous and excited. He hated this feeling.

"How're you feeling today Mrs. Curry?" The nurse beamed.

"I'm great! I've just been getting used to being pregnant. The whole process is exciting, but frightening."

"I bet it is," she smiled.

"Have you had any abnormal pains?"

"No ma'am."

"Okay, we're going to check your baby's heartbeat now!"

"Okay!" Ayesha fake smiled. Stephen picked that up once again. He felt bad, and he realized he'd have to help her get through this.

About 5 minuets later, Ayesha's baby Doctor came in.

"Hello, I'm Doctor Williams, nice to meet you." He shook Ayesha and Stephen's hand.

"Nice to meet you too."

"Any abnormal pains Mrs. Curry?"

"No, just back pains.. Not too bad though."

"Alrighty.. Now the important question, would you two like to know the sex of your child?"

Wardell's heart beat rapidly and he became very giddy.

"I want it to be a surprise!"

"Aww Ayesha, I can't wait any longer, I've waited five months.. Please?"

She smiled.

"Okay, we'd love to know the gender."

Doctor Williams smiled.

"Great!"

He hooked some things up to Ayesha. First he did and ultrasound and then they got to hear the heartbeat.

"Your baby is very healthy!"

"Can you tell us the gender now?" Stephen called out like a child.

The room went silent for a few minutes.

"It looks like you're having a...girl!"

"Yes!" Stephen yelled.

Ayesha beamed.

"This is great! I'm so glad we're having a little girl!"
