"Roma... why won't you tell me? Don't deny these things too!" Spain's voice sound worried for him.

Romano kept his mouth shut and hardly clenched his fist as if he wants to punch Spain in the face since he's tired of these questions. "Ita-chan, Could you give us some privacy?" Spain requested. It seems like Spain had something in his mind. Italy saluted and walked to the door "Yes!" he said loudly. He already went out of the room to give them a privacy.

Spain closed his eyes gently as if he was trying to remember a part of his memory with Romano in the past. "Hey, Roma..." He quietly said. Romano looked at him, seeing his closed eyes. "?" That was on Romano's mind.

"I really.. really love you ever since I had you"

As he heard the word 'Love' from Spain, His eyes widened and blushed. "Stupid Spain.. You idiota.. Bastardo...." He mumbled as he cursed Spain. Spain opened his eyes and saw Romano blushing "He's the cutest...." He thought and held his hands and kissed his ears.

They did "love" thing.

Romano moans that caused Spain to be hard. "Sto- stop" Romano said. Spain ignored his words and continue. "Romano, will you tell me now.?"

[Italy's situation]

Italy was waiting outside humming mawaru chikyuu rondo. Everytime a nurse passes he greets them "Ciao, Bella~". As he hums he wonders what they are doing. He started to hear sounds from the door. He peeked on the door to see what they were doing. "Ve-Veh!!!" He shrieked and shut the door loudly. He blushed in embarrassed and had seen what they did. "Veh! Fratello and. .. Spain... what.. what are they doing? " He fell and turned pale.

[to Spain and Romano's situation]:

They heard the door shut. "Did the door... just.. closed? " Spain thought looking at it. Romano was there trying to stand still and his face was red.

"Romano, Wanna tell me now? " He asked pulling his curl gently

"No.."

Spain pulled it harder and still Romano refused to tell.

"You like it hard do you? " He snickered pulling it more harder.

"H-huwaah.." He blushed and tried to pull him away.

Romano explained everything why he won't tell him and apologized and told him why he have/had only 7 days left to live.
