"Until it is time to leave, the servants must pretend to be working, Anaik and Eliena come here," Lárima instructed to the remaining 12 people.
Her remaining ladies approached her.
"First of all you must take these, they belonged to Kamelia," Lárima said giving Anaik a jeweled hair pin, and Eliena a ring, a gold band with emerald encrusted diamonds. Kamelia was the wealthiest of the girls.
"Bury this, in the mountains where she grew up, and give her ring to her family. Here is her diary I'd like to keep it, her parents would probably be mortified by what's inside.
"Keep it safe, Eliena take it with you. Anaik, I'd like for you to take this dagger, it is nothing but decorative, I have 2 actual daggers, show it to Méligo if I don't get there by sunset. Jshulia has my ring, but she might not make it or she might betray me. Eliena, give this to the prince, it's a note I found in his old chambers, probably from Rosa Quyruq Lohe Saba. Tell them the Reynilha Lárima sends them well on their way and blesses their journey. Mind you this is only if I don't return. Just remember. I love the both of you," Lárima said and hugged them.
"Now I fear it is time for us to part dear friends."
"Why must you make everything so melodramatic?" Eliena said tearfully, hugging Lárima again.
"Anaik, you are the warrior. Protect these people as if they were me, they are your people now," Lárima instructed.
Anaik nodded and turned, heading for the passageways, at the last second she ran back to Lárima and squeezed the life out of her.
"Be safe Reynilha, mil aku sh'hamle iophu ii nameh ji yo'ixtub," Anaik said in Itslym.
"May you know you are protected and loved too," Lárima responded, shoving her towards the only safe escape route.
Anaik and Eliena had just entered the passageways when there were footsteps on the servant's stairs. Lárima ushered the remaining people of the fourth group through it, along with some kitchen staff and a child who were supposed to leave later.
Two servants chose to remain with Lárima, knowing some servants had to stay so as to provide a distraction and not create suspicion.
Five guards came down the steps.
"princess, are you hurt?" They asked.
Lárima wasn't sure if they were rogues or not, but decided to fake it.
"Oh thank god you're here! They killed my ladies, these servants were the only ones here when I got here. They said some escaped from the Windows, and some escaped during the fighting. Oh I'm dreadfully frightened!" Lárima acted, milking it.
"You're frightened are you? Let us lend you some comfort," a rogue guard said.
He was twice her size with a red face and balding head. He started unbuckling his belt, he approached Lárima intimidatingly.
She gasped. Surely they wouldn't go as far as to rape her.
"No, Puru, she's a queen," another guard stated astounded at Puru's intentions.
"She's a royal, and this would ruin the Prince's chances of ruling two kingdoms. She would be ruined and he would be ruined. It would be revenge for killing Miya and Leitu," the pig defended.
Lárima looked at the ground and backed away, to the wall. She had no idea how to defend herself, even if she could, she was shutting down. Her body was rebelling against her, making herself as small as possible. Her mind was numbing itself down, preparing itself to be scarred, hopefully she would pass out before she had to experience anything of the sort.
