Twilight & dawn

Progress

After i recuperated from a very sore battle with a full powered griffin i get out of the hospital and head immediately to yusai's office with an intent to do a lot of talking. Instead i find dave hotaru and susan with a ton of questions

"Dude when could you have done that and TEACH ME"dave immediately demands

"Calm your self I'm going to yusai's office now come along if you want answers" i say to the ambitious dave in its natural habitat. On the way to the office I briefly cover the story of twilight and dawn

As soon as i burst open the door to his door i started asking questions.

"Okay first of all why was the griffin fully powered" I ask with an idea to punch him if he gives me a bad reason

"From what i can gather someone had tampered with the system to make that happen" yusai replies with a calm and understanding look

"Then Why didn't the security notice or why you didnt send help or why the system didnt shut down or-"i was rambling about what he did wrong until he interrupted

"Calm down i can not say answers that will reveal to much"yusai interrupts with

"That will reveal to much', whats there to hide when four of your students almost died!?!"i yell impatiently

"Jack calm down you're causing attention"dave says

"...please stop..." Susan says still behind hotaru's back

"What do you even hope to gain from this anyway"yusai says

"What i hope to gain is that i can go to sleep knowing that my friends are safe" i say

"I assure you the situation is under control"yusai says

"I dont know if i can be so certain"i say walking away

"And what are you going to do about it"yusai says

"I'll make sure it won't happen again"i mumble pretty lightly

On my way back to my room twilight and dawn manifested their selves

"Took you two long enough" i say " now that you're all here tell me what was that?" I ask wondering if my hair is still silver

"remember when you first brought us out it was from your sub concious"dawn asks

"That was the conscious manifestation of us" twilight says

"Well thats great but, i don't think i know how to control it very well" i say satisfied with one answer

"We can help with that"dawn says

"Seek for the one named cero"twilight says before the two of them fade off back to me

"Well looks like more homework"i say to myself

After a bit of research i find out that cero is the one who trained the original twilight and dawn and decide that school would be in the way of searching for him and also to take a walk. After a bit of walking i find susan under a cherry blossom in a small garden and doesn't seem to notice me walk up to her

"Nice place to be" i say and she jumps a little at the sound of my voice.

"Oh..hello.."she says so quietly i barely hear her.

"Hey sorry if i startled you"i say.

"..." She doesn't say any thing and we just sit there under the tree with our own thoughts

"..hey about what you said before.."she says with a noticeable amount of curiosity

"About what?"i say not knowing what she meant

"..you know.. the safety of my friends thing..."she says with her head turned away but i can tell she was curious and blushing

"Oh that, what about it" i say determined to keep up the conversation

"...about the fact.. That you.. Want to make sure we're safe... Is that true"she says still very quietly but turns her head to face the ground

"Yeah the feeling of losing someone you care, shouldn't happen fast you need to enjoy life you only have one chance"i say with a face that show how at thought you are currently

"..h-have you ever.. Lost someone you cared for..."she asks weirdly not shy any more

"...yeah..." I say with a tight feeling in my chest

" the person I lost gave me strength, the person was my sister... I had panic attacks when i was at home she was the only thing that calmed me down. She brought me so much joy, until she died to a dragon that destroyed the village"i dont know why im saying this but, i just wanna get the past to be the past susan might be the perfect person to talk to

"...i know what its like..."she says which surprised me "...the person i lost.. Gave me strength.. I wasn't like this when he was with me..h-he brought me peace"she says with the same thoughtful face as mine "..he died of a heart attack.. Poison induced"she looked like she was reliving her memories at that time

"You know i think that person didnt give you strength, but started it"i say as a result of all this

"What do you mean?"she asks

"I mean that you already have a lot of strength in you that person just opened it"i say as she looks at me hopefuly

"Thank you"she says lightly i smile warmly

"No problem, we should probably get back to our room are you alright getting back there yourself"i ask as a good start of friend ship. She smiles

"Ill be alright... Thanks"she says then turns away and walks off into the distance. I go back to my room with more positive thoughts.
