"We're having a small couples trip." Devin's mum patted the seat next to her "what?" she sat sinking into the couch "just a small one, 3 days. Your dad and I and the others adults" She placed her book to the side staring at her daughter "alright" Devin smiled back at her "it's no hassle" Devin finished off "I'm sorry we're going on so many trips "mum I understand. We're teenagers we can deal without having our parents for a few days" She pushed off the couch heading up the stairs.

D (Devin)- You heard that our parents are going on another short trip
H (Hunter)- yep. :)
D- It's going to be like 3 days though
H- yeah, Britt and Blake's parents going?

D- your mum and dad going on the trip?
Bri- yes, finally they are all leaving again

"No but seriously when are you coming back?" Brandon asked "Should only 3 days" Christine picked up some clothes she dropped on the floor from the hamper "Where you going" Ashton chimed in "Reno"

"Love you ma, I'll see you on Friday" They all waved as the parents drove off. Everyone was back at Hunters house, minus Rose still no word from her.

"Pepsi or Sprite?" Rose scooted off the couch "Sprite please" Chris smiled up at her "Rose they are here I'll see you in 3 days, be good" Her mum wrapped her arms around her tightly kissing her cheek before heading out the door.

Rose brought the two sodas back into the living room where Chris waited. "So how have you been" he grabbed the soda saying a quick thank you before talking again "I don't know. I'm still sad, mad, I'm pissed to be honest" her words came out slow "I'm sorry" he squeezes her hand reassuringly "it's not your fault, it's mine" she pulled her hand back. "Not one bit is it your fault" he shook his head a few times "but I trusted him you know" she got quieter "and you're going to trust a lot of people, but you can't keep blaming yourself" he wrapped his arms around her holding her close and softly. They pulled back still looking at each other's eyes. Hers green, a light green. His still the beautiful blue. "Thank you" she hugged him again "you're welcome" he hugged back running his fingers up her back comfortingly

"I still don't think that they should have ended like that" he turned down the tv with the small remote, they had ended up cuddled closer, since it had gotten colder and later "well maybe because there is a 2nd movie.. Duh suspense" she pushed him softly "Do you have it" his smile widened "yep" she hopped off the couch running upstairs to get the rest of "Lord of the rings" series. Got them" she flashed 2 more movies "put it on then" he got up grabbing more sodas then heading back to cuddle next to her in the couch.

"What time is it?" Soft snores were heard. Chris looked over at the tiny digital clock that "2:34". Why was he awake? They were cuddled on her bed even though it was large. The house was quite and her snores were barley audible. Yet he was up.
