Morning is here. The sun rises and shone brightly,indicating a new day has arrived.
Naomi woke up,and got ready for the new day. She brought all her shinkis along with her,in their item/weapon forms.
"Come,Chiki." Naomi commanded. Chitori then turned into a beautiful white winged unicorn. Naomi hoped onto Chiki and they flew to Naotake's shrine in Takamagahara.
They arrive at Naotake's shrine. Naomi knocked the door.
Osatoi,Naotake's exemplary,came to open the gates for her.
"Good morning,lady Naomi." He greeted her,and bowed.
"Good morning,Osatoi! You are such a gentleman!" Naomi said.
"Your grace bestows me," he said, "You compliment me too much."
They walked to where Naotake was. He was enjoying the sunshine in the garden. He had shades on and was laying on a bench. Naomi went towards him and took off his shades.
"This is no time to be sunbathing! It's time for some serious work!" Naomi said harshly.
"But...Naoto said it wasn't time yet. We have to wait patiently." Naotake explained.
"Who??" Naomi exclaimed.
"Naoto." Naotake replied.
"Where is he??" Naomi asked.
"Um...further down the garden. Under the partridge tree." Naotake answered.
Without saying a word,Naomi dashed to find Naoto. She then saw the partridge there,and two figures under it. She went towards the tree,and realized it was Naoto...and someone carrying a parasol.
"Hey!NAOTO KAMI(GOD)!" Naomi shouted.
Naoto turned around. So did the person who was carrying a parasol. It was a girl.
"She should be Naoto's girlfriend." Naomi thought.
"What?Naomimamondatashiri Kami(God) who doesn't know books have to borrowed from the Takamagahara Local Library?" Naoto replied.
"Nani(What)?? I'm your older twin sister,mind you!" Naomi shouted.
"Yeah sure,older than me by 10 minutes!" Naoto shouted back,sticking out his tongue.
"Naoto,don't be like that to onee-chan." The girl told him.
"Anything you say,Naoko." Naoto replied.
"Hey wait... you're Naoko??" Naomi asked,surprised.
"Well,yes,onee-chan." Naoko replied.
"Oh I see...everyone,everything changed...from 1487 years ago..." Naomi muttered.
"Well,things and people change as time passes." Naoko told her.
"Yeah,you're right." Naomi said,smiling.
Naoko gave her a bright smile.
"Anyway,back to business. Naoto, why did you tell Naotake that it wasn't time to train yet??and he had to 'wait patiently'??" Naomi asked him.
"Well,don't you see? We have to wait for the phantoms to come. Then we can start our real training sessions. Naoko and I have been waiting for the past 40 mins." Naoto said.
"You can wait the whole day,no phantoms will come!" Naomi told him. "Phantoms can't come to Takamagahara!"
"That's true...but why then,why did you tell you him trainings will be held here then?" Naoto asked.
"Heh.well,so that I can give him some basic training!" Naomi replied.
"Basic?? Like dodging phantoms?? That won't do!" Naoto said.
"I'm just gonna create phantom illusions with my magic," Naomi explained. "That way,he won't get hurt,and he gets to train!"
"Hmm..." Naoto said.
"It's a good idea!" Naoko said.
"We'll try that,then." Naomi said.
