Your POV
I continued walking down the dirt path as I admired my surroundings. There were pine trees everywhere. There were tall ones and some short but mostly tall. Colorful birds were chirping happily up above. "So if im am correct, there must be some 'weird' things or even creatures around here" I said to myself. I looked around, only seeing a bunch of mushrooms and different kinds of plants. "*sigh* I guess Im not gonna see any right now." Disappointed, I did another deep sigh and took a big step but instead of a satisfying THUMP on the ground, I didnt feel the ground at all!
"what the?!" I explaimed as I fell in a hole. "Ahhhhh!"
Jeez! Why didnt I notice this hole? this hole is deep! Very deep! I hope there is water or even a trampoline! Oh who am I kidding! Im gonna die!
