Maya's POV
"I chose Riley"he says,my whole world has stopped I can feel my heart beat I can feel the blood through my veins,I see Riley jumping up and down hugging Lucas,I can feel my eyes start to water.
"Maya"Lucas says
I look up at him,I'm trying to keep my tears from falling.
"I hope we can still be friends"he says
"Yeah umm I have to go now it's getting late I'm happy for you guys"I say and fake a smile as I was walking out his room a tear slipped down my cheek and it hit the floor at that moment it was the loudest sound I have ever heard because I knew my heart was Brocken even more Brocken than I already am.
"Are you sure you're ok"Lucas asked
"I SAID IM FINE!!"I yell and run out of Lucas room.
"Maya honey what happened"asks his mom ask I leave his house
"He didn't choose me"I say and run out
I can hear Lucas mom screaming out my name telling me to stop and come back but I couldn't,I heard my phone ring it was zay I answered
"Hey Maya"he says
"Hi"I say and my voice cracks
"Are you ok"he asks
"Lucas he chose Riley"I say and more tears build up in my eyes.
"Maya I'm sorry I don't know what to say"he says
"It's ok zay I have to go bye"and with that i decided to do what I had to do go to my room and cry and keep it all in.
