Chapter 9: Streaming

This is just gonna be a stupid filler chapter bc imma do like a week long time skip maybe. Also tfw you forget an LCS day and confuse yourself.

Dyrus: The guys said they don't care

Mizuki: Good bc I totally just bought Chinese since I was craving it rip

Mizuki: Also help me take stuff from my car. I had to get a ton of groceries and trash bc I was slacking on that...

Dyrus: K I'll meet you outside

Dyrus and Mizuki were left alone once the rest of the guys got the food they wanted and retreated to their rooms or their computers. Mizuki would've gone back home by then, but she wanted to ask Dyrus about a few things.

"Hey, Dyrus. So I was stalking your social media the other day, because I'm cool like that, and you tweeted something about 'streaming?' I've heard about it somewhere, but I don't really know what it is so..." Mizuki looked up at Dyrus, hoping he could explain. 

"Oh yeah, I was gonna tell you about streaming anyway and-- wait why were you stalking me?" 

"Don't worry about it! I saw most of you guys stream so I was really curious about it--"

"You stalked all of us?!" Dyrus yelled in shock.

"It was late at night and I got bored! Besides, I wanted to find out more about you guys..." she muttered and crossed her arms. 

"Fine, I'll drop the topic," he laughed and ruffled her hair. "Anyway, most of the time, people stream video games which is what we do. When you stream games for example, you're playing live while people watch. There's also other genres of streams. Some people stream art, or programming, or even cooking."

"And you were gonna tell me to stream my art? But it's not even that good..." Mizuki blushed and looked to the ground. Dyrus scoffed.

"What did I say about lowering your self-esteem? Ask anyone and they'll say your art is amazing, trust me. I'll text you links to some art streamers that did emotes and stuff for us like Uguubear."

"Wait, Uguubear? She streams? Oh my god, she's like one of my favorite artists!" Mizuki felt a little bit more excited about this 'streaming' stuff now that she knows Uguu streams. She wondered how many more amazing artists stream.

"So, are you gonna check it out?" Dyrus asked after a moment.

"Probably. It actually sounds really cool, honestly. Oh, and another thing before I go. I found this tweet about a confession thread on Reddit?" Mizuki smirked as Dyrus groaned. "So, you're weak for cute Asian girls?"

"Oh, shut up," he laughed. Mizuki smiled once she saw the blush on his face.

"Aw, come on! You gotta tell me more about your dating escapades. You had so many chances, and most of them failed because you were like 'screw this, video games.'"

"I'm not saying anything," he sighed and rolled his eyes.

"Please... senpai?" she added after a second. Dyrus cleared his throat and glanced down at her. 

"F-fine, but only because you probably won't stop pestering me about it!" he stuttered out. Mizuki giggled, knowing that she had successfully manipulated him with her kawaii skills, and nodded for him to begin talking.
