Chapter Three

Harry's P.O.V.

Annabeth. I loved that name. I like the one nickname...Puff...I think ill save her as "Puff :)" After two hours of math and history, it was time for lunch. YES vampires eat lunch. Especially pizza...mmm...pizza. "Over here!" Liam yelled, all the way across the cafeteria. "C'mon Haz!! I want pizza!" Louis said, dragging ne over to where Liam, Zayn, and Niall were sitting. They already had our trays, and Niall was reaching for my pizza when I wacked him in the head. "Jeez no need for violence" he said, and moved his chair to sit next to Zayn. "MY SCHOOL BUS IS MAH LIMO MY SCHOOL BUS IS MAH LIMO!" Louis yelled, quoting the newest back to school commercial. Thats when Annabeth walked in. Her name makes me think of pomegranates. ... thats what she smelled like. IM NOT CREEPY! I just have an advanced sense of smell...So I wasnt surprised to get a message a few minutes later.

Hey, can I sit with you guys today? I dont have anyone to sit with...

I smiled, and answered back

To: Puff :)

Sure thing :) you can ALWAYS sit with us, just head towards the back, youll see us

I put my phone back in my pocket and heard Louis' muffled laugh. I turned to glare at him, and he said "You're blushing" and laughed again. I looked over to Zayn for backup, but he was just staring at Niall who was staring right back...weird. I felt a tap on my shoulder, and turned around to see Annabeth smiling at me. I got up and waved, and then pulled her chair out for her, and she sat. "Why thank you my good man." she said in a REALLY BAD but adorable british accent. I bowed and sat in my seat. Louis cleared his throat, and "Puff" and I looked up at him. "Well," he started "You already know me, and Harry, so this is Liam" he pointed and liam nodded "Zayn, and Niall...theyre a bit weird" he said with a confused expression. then went back to eating his food. I cleared my throat to get his attention. He looked up, and I raised my eyebrow. "Oh yeah! Boys this is Annabeth" he said, jabbing Liam with his elbow who in turn jabbed Zayn causing him and Niall to lose their focus. I looked at Annabeth, and she was blushing, probably blaming herself for Niall and Zayn being interrupted. I pulled out my phone and, in an attempt to cheer her up sent her a message.

Annabeth's P.O.V.

Dont be embarrassed, those two are just weird sometimes

I smiled and looked up at him, and he grinned back. After a second Liam smacked the table making the other five of us jump a little. "What the hell?" Louis asked, bringing his up from the table and blinking groggily. "Fall asleep again Lou?" Zayn asked and Niall laughed. I didnt see what was so funny, but when I saw Louis glaring daggers at him I laughed too. "Lunch is almost over, we should probably get going" Liam said. We all stood up with our trays, and were walking to throw them away, when one of the jocks tripped Niall, and said barely audible "Fag should watch where hes going." and everyone at the table started roaring with laughter. Then it went dead silent, and I looked back up to see Zayn, standing there with blood on his knuckles and a strange contorted smile on his face...wait, he wasnt smiling it was like he was baring his teeth. But that wasnt the weird part, what scared me was the fact that for a spliy second, his eyes were glowing RED. That is until Niall put a hand on his shoulder. He went to walk away, but turned back to the guy he punched (I assumed it was him, because he was holding his nose) and said "Trip my best friend again, and youll be sleeping with your eyes open" Then stalked off, Niall jogging after him. I turned to Harry who was staring at Liam and Louis with wide eyes, then he took a quick glance at me, and I turned back to them to see Liam nod, and Louis say "I think its time."
