I was so thankful.
Thank the spirit of the moon,
And thank this hunter.
I contemplated the rabbit. It smelled... Good. Tasty, and fresh.
I ate it whole, not even getting a chance to taste it. The tangy taste of the rabbit made me twitch and sent a warmth through my body.
It was tasty. I haven't eaten food in at least a moon..
Søullight trotted to me.
"C'mon! There's the alpha and a patrol dog fight! The patrol wants his spot!" Søullights eyes lit up.
Did she enjoy wolves getting ripped to shreads?
"Okay, be right there." I moaned, annoyed.
"Hmph. Okay." Søullight wasn't pleased at my reaction.
A wolf running my direction, and bumped my head against his.
"Watch where you're running, wolf." I growled. "I get there's a fight but-"
"Silverfang." He grumbled.
"How do you know-"
"You're my sister." The wolf looked at me serious.
"And you're lying. Everyone in my was killed except for-"
"You. And me."
He had looked a lot like me. When I saw the circle shaped birth mark that I had on my leg, and he did too.
It was him.
My brother.
I remember now.
"Hello, Goldfur."
"Silverfang, the wolf who finally got her name."
"Yes Goldfur."
"I can't believe you remember me."
Oh, I remember everything that happened. Mom died, we got separated. That must mean that they're more of us out there. There has to be. And I'm looking for them.
