Kylo’s POV

He watched her go, the woman who had stolen his heart years ago, and instead of returning it when he left her. She had taken it with her. He had almost forgotten the effect her quick wit and tongue had on him. He left her room. She had always had a questionable set of morals, yet he did not think she would be this at home in the empire, let alone the dark side of the force. He knew she had been training to become a Jedi, yet something had happened. Triggered her to seek out the dark side, all by herself it would seem. For a self-taught she did well. If only he could train with her, teach her things she didn’t know about the force. That would be amazing. He shook his head. No. such softness would only take his focus away. He pushed away the memory of her lips against his, the feel of her fingers in his hair. The way they had made love. He shook his head again, as if trying to clear it. She had changed, the girl who had fallen for him. She was long gone. It was better simply to forget. He walked out of her room. Heading towards the door next to hers. He entered, laying down on his bed. Deep in thought, though he knew he shouldn’t have anything to think of. He tugged his gloves off his hands and ran them through his hair. Sighing deeply. Tiredness taking over he slipped off his dark robes and went to bed. Shutting off the lights in his room, he laid in the dark staring out into nothingness. Until he fell asleep. That is when his mind ran away with him.

The lightsabres blazed as they clashed together. “Not bad, Solo” she grinned. He smirked proudly, for a moment forgetting that the fight wasn’t over yet. That moment was all it took for her to trap his arm wrap her legs around his torso and made his knees buckle. A split second later he was on the floor, lightsaber flung across the room, with her straddling his torso. “Though I’m better” she smirked. “I win” she added her strawberry blonde hair falling around her face as she leaned closer to him. She thought she had won. Though, as quickly as she had him down on the floor, he flipped them over. “Oh really?” he asked, smirking at her. She wasted no time. Wrapping her arms around his neck, threading her hands into his hair. Bringing his lips to hers. Kissing him softly. “I always win” She said softly. “I won you” she smiled, closing the distance between their lips once again. “Kylo?” she asked. “Yes love?” he replied. “Kylo, Wake up” she said…

He groaned. Opening his eyes. Only to meet hers. They were so different than the ones belonging to the girl in the dream. So much harder, colder, yet with smouldering flames playing in them. They were not only the sky blues he remembered, they were the eyes of a woman who had endured pain. And much of it. He knew that look oh too well. He could see it every time he met his own gaze in the mirror. Had he hurt her? He turned his head away. “Hello? Are you there?” she asked, gently rapping his head with a long finger. “Yeah, yeah. What do you want?” he asked, making effort to keep emotion out of his voice. “I have a message for you, we are to train together. Starting tomorrow.” She said, getting up from her set on his bed. “That was all, I’m off to bed” she said. Exiting the room. Kylo groaned. Wanting to dive back into his dream, yet knew it would be easier to forget. Yes, forget. That was what had to be done. But how? How could he let those memories go? How could he forget that wonderful woman who had stolen his heart?

The night passed too quickly for his liking, his sweet dreams shattered by a court descisive knock on his door. He groaned, throwing the duvet off him. Standing up and walking to the door, not bothering to put on a shirt. There was another knock. “Yeah, yeah” he muttered opening it. It opened to reveal the woman of his dreams. Her sky blue eyes swept over his bare torso, her thoughts seeming to wander for a millisecond before her gaze swept to meet his. “Training” she said simply, before walking off towards the training room. He stod there for a second, staring out into thin air.
