I Play At Best ( Jelsa vs Jackunzel )

Chapter One

Elsa POV

"Hi, my name is Rapunzel Carael,"

At that point, I already knew what was to be. The way he looked at her, the way she looked at him, I knew they were going to end up together. Jack stared at her as if she was most beautiful thing she has ever seen.....as if she was as rare as a diamond, hard to find.

But she was truly a beauty. As if she was sent down from the gods. Her long golden hair was plush and looked really soft, as if it was born of light, up to the bottom of her waist. Her emerald eyes....so big that they could swallow you into a field of green. They were like gems, with the color of the purest and most lovely green anyone could ever find.

Her fair, tan skin, as if it was kissed by the sun, perfect nice cream color that a girl could die for. She looked very pretty.....as for me, I look like junk compared to her.

My platinum blonde hair was drafty and dull, blue eyes normal and void, and my skin, so pale....with freckles on my nose and a few dots....like three on my cheeks. Now, they have been dating for a few months. I have liked Jack since the 8th grade, but apparently I have been having false hope. I mean, they are a good couple.

I was shaken out of my daze by Merida. "Elsa, what the heck," she said. I felt my cheeks heat up as everyone's eyes went on me. "You okay?" Jack asked. My eyes traveled from him, to the girl clutching onto his shirt like her life depended on it. I nodded and looked away.

Me, Merida, Punzie, and Jack were all sitting in my backyard having a picnic.....and Hiccup is suppose to be here. I need him to be here. Merida is just on her phone, and is gonna be on her phone for the whole time, which means I will be stuck watching the couple chit chat.

"I am here, I am here!" a voice yelled out. Hiccup came running, holding on to his book bag very tightly. "Good, we waited for 30 minutes" Rapunzel said, beaming at Hiccup. Took him long enough. Merida looked up from her phone, and waved, immediately going back to whatever she was doing.

Hiccup smiled as he sat next to me. I was about to speak when I heard giggling. "Haha, Jack, stop!" Rapunzel yelled as Jack continued to tickle her.

She started smacking his back, laughing as he chuckled. When he finally stopped, she smiled and pushed her lips against his. I looked away, and Hiccup could see my discomfort. Hiccup patted my shoulder.

"Yeah, I know how you feel," he said looking over to Merida. That's when I remembered, Merida has a boyfriend, and Hiccup likes her. I bet it's even worse for him, seeing them together, because Merida shows no interest in Hiccup at all, she barely talks to him in the first place.

The only person she actually talks to in our group is me basically, and sometimes Jack. So, I guess me and Hiccup are in the same boat. "I wish we could ditch," I said sighing, looking at Hiccup.

"Well, why don't we?" Hiccup asked raising a brow. That's when I kind of lit up. Maybe I actually can escape this. "How about we go play video games then?" I asked as he nodded. We walked into my house, and left the others there.

Jack POV

"You really are a great kisser," Rapunzel said as I chuckled. "No, you are way better than me," I said as she booped my nose. "Hey, stop with the lovey dovey talk, before I barf in your lemonade," a voice from our left said, sounding annoyed.

I looked over seeing Merida watching us, with an annoyed look. I raised a brow. "Why...is your phone dead?" I asked. She nodded. I suddenly looked over. No Elsa. No Hiccup. What the- where are they?

"Wait, where is Els and Hiccup?" I sled as Merida blew a curly strand of her hair out of her face. "They went to play video games....I bet it's because they didn't wanna hear all the crap coming out of your mouths," Merida chimed. Well, for a girl always on her phone, she sure does like to eavesdrop on people.

"Should we go and join them?" Rapunzel asked. "Eh, why not. It's better than staying alone, and being a third wheel between the two of you," Merida mumbled standing up, and running inside of Elsa's house. Me and Rapunzel followed.
