Lovino entered his room to see a tomato crate on his bed. He walks up to the closed off crate, knocking on it and opening it. Feliciano pops out as the tomato box fairy. He says with a wide smile "Fratello! Fratello! Big brother Toni wants-a to go-a to the dance-a with you-a! He really really-a likes you-a!". Antonio was outside the door. He had a tomato necklace for Lovino. Lovino had a huge blush on his face with slight wide eyes, "Why would-a I want-a something from that-a -Bello- tomato bastardo?!? Why would-a I want to-a go with-a him?!?". Antonio, having already doubting if Lovino liked him, began tearing up while his seemingly everlasting smile slowly fades away. Tears begin to slowly slide down his cheeks while he chokes back a sob as he begins backing away from the door. As he was backing away he dropped the necklace. Antonio begins running downstairs as Lovino hears the 'clunk' of the necklace hitting the floor. Lovino goes to the hallway and spots the tomato jewel on the floor. Upon seeing it he begins tearing up, and cusses while picking it up and putting it on. Lovino puts the tomato jewel under his shirt and he tries to smile, making it look like a grimace. He goes to the kitchen, now running, to see Antonio in the tomato garden.
" Tomato bastardo?!".
When Antonio turns around lovino sees the tears streaming down his face. As Lovino gets closer, he doesn't see the tomato leaf green that he loves, instead he sees a lifeless muddy brown. Romano furrows his eyebrows as he gets even closer to Antonio.
"Antonio?"
Tears stream down Lovino's face while he smiles lightly as he blushes heavily. Romano hugs Antonio, burying his face into his neck, while antonio stands with his arms still by his sides.
Lovino mumbles, his face still against Antonio's neck, "tomato bastardo, I would-a like to-a go to the-a dance with-a you...". Lovino blushes heavier as he quickly adds "N-not that i-a like you-a like that...".
The muddy brown slowly fades back to the tomato leaf green that lovino loves but won't admit, antonio grips Lovino's chin as he pulls Lovino's head back to look into his eyes. Antonio grins his bright grin that can make lovino blush brighter then a tomato. Antonio kisses Lovino's head and says, "te amo, mi tomate"*. Romano blushing, pulls away to kiss Antonio's cheek saying, "ti amo, Mia bastardo"*. Antonio cheekily smiles and chuckles before saying "you missed~". He quickly kisses Romano on the lips and begins to run away. Romano blushes brighter as his curls turns into a shaky heart, running after Antonio while shouting "come-a back here-a, Mia tomato bastardo!"*. Antonio stops suddenly and turns around, causing Lovino to run into his chest, before wrapping his arms around Lovino's waist. "Fusososososososo~ Te amo"*. Antonio quickly leans in, kissing Romano on the lips while Romano's curl turns more into a still heart.
