Fear, pain and misery. The three most common emotions. Experienced more often than others. Imagine being inside of an abandoned warehouse that is pitched black. You are running for your life when you know he has to be waiting for you around the corner. Fear. Getting burned, getting a paper cut or a splinter inbetween your toes. Pain. Finding your mother brutally murdered on the bathroom floor. Misery. But crawling to your grave as your love lay beside you knocked unconscious, unsure if they were going to wake up is fear, pain and misery.
