chapter 2

hello readers I am just goanna  say  right now I am so, so, so , so , so sorry for not updating sooner, I do have an expiation I got a bad grade on my report card  and my mom and dad grounded me from all tech. for two weeks and I almost screamed (get on knees  and scream "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO") and im back but im on a time limit  for now on and all my updates will be slower, but I am keeping my grades  up and my mom will give me one more hour a week if I have good grades. so I will try my hardest to update more, don't hate me.

Luna pov.

I paced on my room's roof waiting for my best friend to arrive, its been a week since the Young justice, (more like me) caught Luther and today im holding a conference and I am really nervous. So who better to call than my red headed friend Hope.  (bet you thought it was Bart, well NOPE) someone knocked on my door and  I walked over to the door and jumped down and Hope came in and she said "Ok, so when is this thing." I laughed and said "you never change do ya Hope." She said "Nope." way to happily. I said "Half an hour and I have to tell them about my dad and I know how to say it im just nervous can you please come??????" She said "Of course." ok, so one thing you gotta know about me is that I never show if im nervous, scared or sad. Why you may ask, well because I am a powerful person in the world and people look up at me and I have to be strong for them. Hope brought me out of my thoughts and she said "Luna, don't worry im here for you." she put her hand on my shoulder and I said "Thanks Hope." She smiled and said "Hey that's what I do." and she waved and walked out the door. I laid down on my bed and I sighed and I thought back to the red haired boy and the promise I made to him. I then thought "They don't need me there them, why would they need a Luther." but I remembered them frozen there doing nothing and a little ray of hope shinned in my soul and I thought "Maybe they do, I mean I would have to ask Hope and I could get Jarvis (her real life butler, sorry not Iron mans Jarvis) could take over." I smiled and I put on a pair of black jeans on and a batman shirt with a black blazer and of course I put my hair into a braid and I put my moon hair clip in it and I put some black socks on with gray converse. I put my web shooters around my wrist and I walked out of my room to see Jarvis a 45 year old man that was tall and pale skin with gray streaks in his red hair. I smiled and said "Hi Jarvis." He said "ready to go Master Luna." in his Irish accent. I smiled and said "Of course Jarvis, wait what am I" He handed me my phone and said "Thanks J your the best." we walked to the car and I got in the back of my soon to be black mustang.  Then J got in and drove off.  I put my dark green beats on and I fell asleep listening to some music.

*time skip*

"Master Luna, Master Luna, MASTER LUNA." I jumped up and I webbed the person face and I realized that it was Jarvis, I said "Oh my god, J I am SO, SO,SO,SO SORRY." I tore the webbing off his face and said "We already there???" He said "Yes miss, its cold I would prefer you ware your black hoddie" and  I got out. when I was out he grabbed my jacket and put It on me. I slammed the door shut and it was loud to loud. I say "Well damn" and me and Jarvis ran threw the crowd and into the auditorium. I looked around and there was a bunch of teenagers there for some reason, I never understood why. I took a deep breath and looked at the crowd from side stage. Jarvis said "You'll be fine." I said "Yea, I know, but thanks."  I was acting confident yet inside I was like one of those small dogs that are always shivering and scared. I didn't show it, but some how J always knew when I was nervous, sad or scared. I put my phone of vibrate and I walked up on stage. I took a deep breath as the crowd erupted into clapping and yelling my name. I said "Can you quiet down please." The went silent expect the snapping of pictures being taken. I said "I am here today to tell you the truth about my farther, my farther was a scam and I didn't know this in till recently when I found him video chatting with villains, I thought nothing of it 1st because when my mother was alive he would warn villains to stay away from this city, but I heard them planning to make a plot to kill someone. So I told the team of side kicks called "Young justice" and they brought him to justice and my farther is not the owner of Lex corp. anymore me and with the help of Jarvis Barton we will take over Lex Corp. as of now." I paused to take a deep breath as I then said "I will...." I was cut off by an explosion. I was forced off the stage and into the crowd.  I groaned as I saw the stage that I was on, was now on fire and it was spreading............... Fast . I heard the roof above us crack. I yelled "Everyone out open all the doors, get the people out 1st. I ran to Jarvis where he laid on the floor. I saw people coming in with stretchers I picked him up and laid him on a stretcher. I said "Take him to the hospital asap, he need ER right  now." the medics ran out with him and there were still a lot of people under the roof and it was coming down. I ran behind a fake plant, I ripped my blazer off and I put my black hoddie on and I put the hoddie up. I web slinged over the roof and it was about the fall yet I was almost there. it started to fall and the whole world went in slow motion for me and I  kept on arm on the web that on the roof and I shot a super strong web the roof. The web stopped it yet, the force of the roof was almost to much ,but then I saw Hope down there with so much fear in here eyes. I had to be strong for her.  I screamed and pulled the roof up a little and connected it to my other web. I jumped onto the roof (not the on the web.) and I shot more and more webs till I made about 25 webs attached to the roof. I saw people come in with guns, there were a group of people left, there were about 25 people. A man started to yell in Russian. Good for I understood Russian.  "у нас есть приказ взять этих людей в нашу базу "  I translated it to "We have orders to take these people to our base."  I then saw a red flash cross the room and Impulse said "Na, na I cant let you do that guys." really fast. I jumped down next to him and said "Yea your goanna have to leave, Now." I said it in a deeper voice and the Russian guy said "Never hail." I punched him in the face and said "Hail, this buddy." He fell to the ground were I webbed him up and I looked at Impulse and said "Super strength remember" He said "Oh yea well lets get these people out of here." I said "yea after I need to talk to you alone." He said "t-t-that's crash." I looked at him and said "That means ok right." He said "y-yea that means good, great." I said "Ok people, is anyone hurt????" then a middle aged man said "No ones hurt just startled." I said "Ok, that's good we will contact Lex corp. to see if they can help with anything, but for now you need to get back to your family's tell them your safe."  they all got up and ran out, Impulse then said "you always have a speak ready." I said " of course I do im a Luther, we Luther's always think ahead." Impulse laughed and said "you wanted to talk." I said "Yea, I thought about your offer and after I ask someone I might join." He said "really?!?!?!?" I said "yea, I think you guys need me like I said Luther's always  think ahead, the only way to bet a Luther is to be a Luther."  he said "Yea want to go talk to night wing."  I said "not right now, I have to visit someone." I gave him my number and said "Its my personal number get your team to call me tomorrow." I  took my hoddie off and said "Here take it I cant ware it." He looked at my shirt and I blushed and said "The daughter of a villain and your favorite superhero is Batman????" I blushed and said "Well real superhero I read comics." and he said "really I do to." I said "Ok, we have to hang out but I have to go ." I ran off and I hailed a taxi and said "take me to the hospital."

* time skip* also at the hospital

I helped Jarvis up in his hospital bed and I sat in a chair next to him and I said "Jarvis, I was offered a spot on a young justice team, I already asked hope and she said "yes", but Jarvis I have to have your blessing I need you to back me up and if you say no im fine with it be honest." he looked at me and said "your farther has ruined the world and I think the only way to make yourself fell good is to become a hero, but you don't chose to be a hero Luna, it choses you and you know when you have to become a hero ,but only you can answer that Luna." I knew what he was talking about, I have felt this a long time ago. When I was young I had promised to protect the people I loved at all cost, even if that cost was my life.  I said "I did that a long time ago, I just didn't relies it so I have your blessing???" He said "of course, but will you help me, please I need you to be there for me." he said "I will always Luna, go, go become a hero." I grinned and I stood up. 

*small time skip, 10 minutes*   

I was on top of the hospital and I was in a crouched position and I stood up and the wind blew my hair to one side and I thought "This  is when I start what I was meant for, this is what I made to do. today is the rise of spider girl." 

stranger POV.

I looked at the girl on the roof and I said "Tell Luther we found her." I put the phone down and I looked at her and thought "You will be the light's Luna Luther, you will be my sons bride.............."
