Your pov:

You look at Jack in horror as he raises his scalpel. You feel your body grow tense.
This is the end, isn't it?

He takes a step forward and you close your eyes.
You wait for a few seconds, but nothing is happening.
Suddenly, you get pushed off to the side, causing you to land on the ground.

The sight in front of you is horrific.

Jack is standing with his back facing you, and in front of Jack, is a tall, thing in a black suit.
The thing has a grotesquely thin body, unnatural long arms and legs, no face, and pasty white skin. Long, black tendrils creep out of it's back it stands motionless in front of you.
What is this thing......

You stare at it in pure shock and curiosity. You've never seen anything like it.
You're mesmerized by this being, standing in the center of the forest. You can't seem to take your eyes off of it. It just looks so...mysterious....
Then, you feel yourself being pulled to your feet.
Jack is pulling you away from the tall being.

"You need to get away, now." Jack says in a panicked tone.
You snap out of it and come back to reality.

"Jack, what is going on?!" You reply, also starting to panic.

"I can't let him kill you. You need to run! RUN! Get away from here! All you have to do is make it out of the forest!"

You have no control of your body. All you can feel is the burning of your lungs as you run through the forest once again.
Jacks words play throughout your head.
'Get away from here! All you have to do is get pit of the forest! Just get out!'

Your legs ache and your heart pumps with adrenaline as you pass by the motionless trees. Nothing except you is moving.

It seems like every time you look to your side, or out the corner of your eye, you can see the tall, faceless man.
Following you...
Watching you....

What is going on?
