Zach walked up the steps quietly to Karina's room. Her dad called Zach at his house telling him something was wrong with her.

Karina was laying in bed clutching her stomach with one hand and the other wiping away tears. She had her first period and didn't know that she was gonna be in pain.

Zach knocked on her bedroom door.

"Come in!" Karina said in pain.

Zach immediately walked in and saw his best friend laying in her bed. She turned over and stared at him. He frowned when he saw her bloodshot eyes and tears.

"What's wrong?" He asked.

She groaned. Zach walked over to her but she stopped him.

"Why?" He asked.

She didn't say anything. Zach stared at her. His eyes widened when he realized what was happening. She was on her girl problems. And it probably was her first time.

Zach immediately got on her bed.

"No!" She exclaimed.

He just shushed her and then held her in his arms. She grumbled. He smiled and rested his chin on her head.

Karina's heart fluttered. Ever since the beginning of the 7th grade she's been having these werid feelings around Zach and she didn't know what to do. The only person who knew was Bishop.

"What's wrong?" He asked quietly. "Don't act like you don't know." She mumbled.

He chuckled and kissed her head.

"Do you need anything?" He asked.

She looked up at him. She had a sudden craving for ice cream.

"Ice cream." She mumbled.

Zach smiled down at her and nodded. He got up.

"I'll be back with your ice cream." He said.

Karina nodded her head and smiled as Zach walked out of her room.
