Oh No You Didn't

I walked into the kitchen to get myself a cup of coffee and something to eat for breakfast when I saw my dad sitting at the table.

"Hey Izzy have you seen my keys?  We were suppose to head out to see Ava again."

"No I haven't seen them sorry."

"Check with Sam, and see if he has seen them."

"Can't do that, I haven't seen Sammy all morning.  Dammit Sammy!"

"What's wrong dad?"

"I think Sammy jacked my keys and went to the hospital."

I couldn't believe that Sam would do that, but I guess that having a child would change that.

...

Sam walked into the hospital to see Ava.  By the time he got there he realized that Dean had probably noticed that his keys were gone, and was probably quite pissed off at him.  But he didn't care he needed to see and be with his daughter.

"Hey there Sweetie Pie.  How did you sleep?"

"I slept like the dead. And could you possibly bring me some good decent food? Because hospital food is crap."

Sam chuckled a bit before replying with "I'll see what I can do."

"Thank you so much dad!"

"It's no problem. Oh hey, I have some good news the doctors say that you will either be able to come home tonight or tomorrow morning."

"That's amazing!   I'm looking forward to going back to Bobby's.  Hey, where's Dean and Izzy?"

"They were still asleep when I left."

Just then Dean and Izzy came through the door.

"Sammy! How dare you take the keys to Baby with out me knowing."

"Calm down Dean, your car is fine. You were still asleep, when I decided it was time to go back to the hospital."

I could tell that my dad was pissed, so I lead him out of the room, and took him down to the cafeteria.

"What was that dad?! I know your car is important, but don't you think that Sammy being with his daughter when she is in the hospital is more important than a car!?"

"You're right, I over reacted slightly, but Sammy could of at least left a note saying that he took Baby."

I finally got my dad to calm down, we each had a slice of pie before we returned to Sammy and Ava.

"Hey Sam, I'm sorry that I freaked out, that was totally uncool of me."

"It's ok Dean, I should have let you know one way or another."

We sat around in Ava's room talking, taking turns of who got refreshments and some decent food. It was my shift and I went and got a XL delux pizza from a local pizza joint. I was able to convince the doctors to let Ava eat some pizza, seeing as she wasn't eating the hospital food.  When I entered the room and sat down I began to pass out slices of pizza.

After a couple of hours of sitting around the hospital the doctor came in saying that Ava was able to go home as long as she took it easy for the next couple of days.
