Problems

After that small fight with three of them I look at Cody and say "that was about the smallest fight we will have, I might need your help with some." As we walk around the broken city we seen so meaning unsettling to the stomach. It smells like burning and decaying bodies, I try to take Cody down paths that he won't see things that keep him up at night. "Hey Lane, can I ask you a question?" Cosy asks. "Yeah go ahead I might have the answer." I say to him as we walk under a bulding. "You don't think we will see any undead, do you?" He ask with a ready scared face as I sit there and think about what to say. Then it hits me, "undead people? Or undead aliens?" I ask him hopeing I got to him that I don't know. "Anything undead, I don't think I can face that." He says to me about to break down in tears. "Look even if there is something undead out here,  I can stop it" I say as I look at my hands. "Do you know if there is something, controlling them. Like a boss or something really crazy?" He asked me. "Look Cody, I know whats out there, and I'm glad I found you before what out there is. Don't think about what is out there." I say to him so he gets it that Im here to protect him. We walk around for about a hour or two and then we found a spot to stop and sleep. "Do you have bad dreams? I hear you scream and cry at night." I say to Cody as he lays down to go to sleep. "Yeah I'm sorry if I keep you up." He says as he lays down. "It's okay just try to sleep goodand get a food night sleep, we have a big day tomorrow." I say to him as he starts to sleep. Two hours past and I hear a loud noise and I wake up to see if it's Cody, bad thing is, it's not. I walk out of camp to see what it was. I look over the hill and I see five scout aliens. I don't know what to do, should I wake Cody up and run away or should I take them on and try to win? My powers feel week when i'm around them. I don't know why though? It might be becasue they gave them to me and can take them away. My fire power I feel is going away slowly. I have to fight them, if I wake him up they will hear us and kill us both. The way I plan to take them down is one by one. The first one I have to come up behind him and snap his neck, then next one I come up to and start to take him down by the neck and kill him. The three one I take contral of  his mind and kill number four but number five kills number three. So the last one is number five and I just burn him with fire. I just stop and breeth, as i start to walk back to camp I hear something behind me. I stop to lisen and number two jumps on me and starts attacking me. He takes me down and starts clawing me, he starts to slowly brake me. I try to push him of, but he sticks his hand in my chest and takes my fire power out of me. I hear a gun shot and the alien falls off me, I think that I still have my mind powers. Cody runs over to me and picks me up as the blood runs down my body and drips on the ground. You can tell were I was attacked because there is a gaint pile of blood on the ground. He drags me to camp, the bad part is that I fell alseep but he stops the bleeding.
