Lexa & Clarke (on hold)

Chapter 3

Continued from chapter 2, Lexa Pov

"So have you ever liked boys?" She asks me.

"No, I've always though about girls the way the other girls in my town thought about boys" I explain to Clarke, trying to figure out what she was trying to get at.. Well I knew what she was trying to get at but why?

"So have you been with anyone lately? Like are you dating anyone?" Clarke asks with an intense look of curiosity.

"Nope, I haven't been with anyone since Costia.. We ended on a bad note and I haven't really wanted to open up to anyone since.." I explained trying not to look hurt

"Oh.. What went down between you two? If it's OK of me to ask" says Clarke truly seeming to care.

"No, Clarke it's ok.. I was out with my friends Anya and Indra.. We were at a party that Costia's friends were throwing so I found it odd she didn't want to come.. But she said she was sick and to go have fun and she was really persistent so I gave in and went to the party, The whole time I kept thinking  to myself, Why was she so pushy? Does she want me to leave for some reason?... And it was pretty early it was around 9:30pm and I texted Costia to see if she was ok and I didn't get a reply and the party was pretty dull so I decided to go back to her house, I unlocked the door and headed upstairs trying to be as quite as humanly possible invade she was asleep but as I opened the door to our room I seen her laying in our bed kissing some brunette" I explained my temper beginning to flare

"I was just standing there with my jaw dropped.. I was completely confused as to how She could do that to me after 1 and a half years of being together, she didn't even notice I was in the door way until the other girl pulled away from their kiss to get more physical with Costia, the girl just sat there staring at me and I was staring straight back at her.. I couldn't even move.. When Costia turned and noticed me she jumped out of the bed just constantly saying 'Lexa it's not what it looks like' and at that point I could move and the only thing I knew how to do was run and so I ran out of the house and just kept running... And that was it really.. We never really had and official break up.. The words it's over or I'm breaking up with you never actually got said, I just imagine she figured it out by the fact that I haven't talked to her at all since that night and it's been over 10 months.." I explain to Clarke while breathing slowly to calm myself down.

Clarke just looks at me with her jaw dropped, I then notice she picked her jaw back up and was grabbing my hand at the same time.

"Lexa.. I'm so sorry that happened to you.. Costia obviously didn't realise how lucky she was to have you.. I'd never cheat on yo.." Clarke stops herself when she realises she's talking about how she wouldn't cheat on me, I see her cheeks slowly start to fill with red.

"It's ok Clarke..., I get what you mean" I say not being able to restrain myself from smiling.

"You're cute.. You know that Clarke" I say as I try to catch a glimpse of her face as she try's to hide the fact she's blushing.

"You're not so bad yourself Lexa" Clarke says as she slowly lifts her head to look at me,

We sit there for a while just smiling at each other, I breaking the silence by clearing my throat,

"Arhmm, so Clarke what do you want to do?" I ask trying to make this whole situation less awkward.

"Uhm.. I.. I don't really know, what about watching a movie or something?" Clarke asks in a soft tone looking at me with her ocean blue eyes
