Lexa & Clarke (on hold)

Chapter 5

CLARKE POV

Lexa and I haven't seen each other for a few days.. It's just texting back and forth, I finally had an idea for our date and I didn't want to text her about it so I decided to call

"Hey commander"

"Hey Clarke, whats up"

"Nothing much but hey I've finally come up with a date idea and I think you'll love it, so how's Friday at 7:30?"

"Hmmm Friday, 7:30... I don't know Clarke I might have to make sure... No I'm kidding, Friday 7:30 is great"

"Ok cool, I'll pick you up then, bye commander"

"Bye my queen" says Lexa

I finally came up with the most romantic idea I could and now to wait for Friday

Wednesday:

*banging on bathroom door*

"Raven, Hurry the hell up we need to go"

"Clarke chill I'll be out in five"

"Seriously Raven you've been in there for an hour and a half... What... Can't get your pony tale right"

Today is my one day free of classes, I'd normally have one class today but the professor is sick and there's no one to relieve his class so we all get the day off, provided no one had any other classes today.

The door finally opens and Raven exits the bathroom

"Are you ready Raven?"

"Yes ok let's go..." Says Raven looking unsure as to if she really is ready

As we are walking out the door Raven stops,

"Wait did I turn off my straightener.. I'll be right out I'll meet you at the car" says Raven as she's running back to the bathroom and I've already started walking to the car

I make my way through the dorm and out to my car, I get in and wait there for Raven for around 5 minutes until she's finally getting in the car.

"It can't of taken you that long to turn off a straightener... Your here for engenering" I say slightly annoyed with Ravens unpreparedness

We are finally on the road, I decided to drag my room mate Raven along to help me pick up some things for my date with Lexa on Friday, our first stop is a local candle store that makes there own candles.

"Clarke... Why are we at a candle shop?" Asks Raven who is noticeably confused.

"I need a lot of candles for my date, My date loves candles and I'm trying to make it really special and romantic for her......Them"   I quickly stop what a was saying and try to change my wording hoping raven didn't notice, I slowly look to Raven, I hadn't told Raven who I was going on a date with but she automatically assumed it was a girl, but which girl?

"So it is a girl" Raven teased

"Ok yeah but its just that Raven.. a girl, No need to dig for more information" I replied with a blank tone.

"Come on Clarke, don't be such a hard ass, just tell me who it is... I promise I won't annoy you about it ok" say Raven staring at me attempting to convince me with her puppy dog eyes
