So this episode is Kami's POV (Point of View), the perverted girl who seems to be very close friends with Tora.
So a new day starts, Kami seems to walk alone nowadays, Tora focuses all of his attention on other stuff besides her. She felt like he probably forgot about her already. She didn't want to live anymore. But she thought what would Tora say if she acted like that in front of him. She would think..
"Hey Kami! Don't be like that. Cheer up and keep going!" she thought.
She ends the day with a big frown on her face.
~The Next Day~
She sees Tora walking in the school, with Terry holding on to her. She stares at them walking with each other. She devises a plan to tell Tora what she feels. She tried to write a lot of letters in his locker. He suspects the letters, but when he goes to the venue of where she wanted to talk to him, she panics and just doesn't go through with it.
~The Next Week~
She doesn't have any plan to confront Tora. So she went up to Tora and said "Tora can I please to talk to you for a minute." she asked him with a question that doesn't even last 2 seconds. He asks "Hey Kami, what's up?". she thought "Dammit! He's so nice and he still remembers me. This is really turningme on right now!". She explained everything in one movement.

She slowly grabs Tora's shoulder and drags him closer to her. Tora was blushing, and so was Kami. To Tora, it felt like she was gonna whisper something, but it turns out that she kissed him on the cheek. He felt flustered. The whole class saw, and the whole room was silent. Both of them couldn't say anything to each other.
