Chapter 11

I got out of my jeans and boxers and climbed into the shower. I let the warm water run over me.

I started singing a song that had been stuck in my head for a while. I washed my hair then rinsed it and started washing my body. Finally I got out and wrapped a towel around my waist, still humming the song I was singing earlier. I went to turn around when I was immediately pinned to the wall.

"What the -?!" I started as the girl from the cabin clamped her hand over my mouth.

"Just be quiet. I need to do something. I.... I need to turn you," She whispered.

"What?" I shrieked. It came out muffled because of her hand over my mouth, but she made out what I said.

"Look, my father and a bunch of other people are very protective over me," She said, occupied by looking at my neck. "So this will be less painful and you won't die. So..."

"So.... What?" I whispered, once she had taken her hand off my mouth.

"Oh. I'll just have to bite you, and turn you. If you struggle against me, I WILL kill you. Seriously. I am stronger than you," She said.

"I never caught your name?" I said.

"Rose," She said. She smiled and pecked my lips. I winced. She was attractive, but I had Taylor and Taylor was prettier than Rose.

She started kissing me and I leaned back as far as possible. Her hand gripped my chin, and when I tried to back away, it felt as if my head were immovable. She ran her cold hand up my stomach, sending shivers down my spine. She smiled and her lips traveled down to my neck. She kissed my neck the bit it lightly and looked up at me.

"Are you ready?" She asked me. I nodded hesitantly and she nodded and bit down on my neck making me groan in pain. I could feel my blood flowing into her mouth and it was a weird feeling. Then, I felt new fluid flowing back into my neck, and it was ice cold. I felt it run through my veins and throughout my body. She pulled away and grinned at me. I looked at myself in the mirror and my eyes were flaming red. I felt more confident than ever.

"How do you feel?" She asked, studying my eyes.

"As if I could conquer the world," I said, grinning. I noticed my large teeth and my eyes widened. "And hungry." I shrugged. She leaned in close to my face.

"Here," She said, stretching her neck out. I looked at her and she nodded. I grabbed one of her shoulders with one hand and held her face with the other. I bit into her neck and she moaned quietly.

"Better?" She asked, smiling at me.

"Yeah," I said. I felt a lot more attracted to her. I don't know why.

"Cool," She said, smiling. She leaned in and kissed me. I accepted it and kissed her back.

*Rose's POV*

I didn't want to tell him, but I think he'll find out one way or another. If a vampire of the opposite sex turns you, then you are automatically attracted to that person. One of the reasons I wanted to turn him. I smiled and pulled away from him.

"I have to go," I said. He pulled me to him and kissed my jawline.

"Will you come back?" He asked me. I nodded slowly and kissed his neck.

"Only when she's asleep," I said, referring to the girl he was apparently 'dating'. That would change soon. Pitiful girl. Just pitiful.

*Tyler's POV*

"And you promise you'll come back?" I said leaning over her, wanting to kiss her again.

"I promise," She said quietly. I couldn't stop myself. I grabbed her face roughly and kissed her. She was an amazing kisser and it kept me wanting more and more.

"I have to go," She repeated.

I sighed. "Okay." She kissed my cheek and started to run, but I grabbed her arm. She looked back at me, expecting me to say something.

"Hmm?" She said.

"Nothing," I said, letting her jump out the window.
