Confirmation of the escape of SCP-682 is confirmed at Facility-43 on the date of 9/12/15. All NU-7 units to report to Facility-43 located in Novokuznetsk, Siberia. 682 is reported to be relocating south of Novokuznetsk. Remaining EPSILON-11 units located a trail leading to what seems to be a sewer pipe missing 15 out of 26 rebar (Note: The rebar seem to have been removed by great force suspectedly removed by SCP-682) and saliva of 682 have been found on the mouth of the pipe. Radioactive residue samples has been collected by BETA-7 suspecting the possibility of a Soviet abandoned missile silo exhaust pipe. BETA-7 and the remaining EPSILON-11 units will remain in position until the arrival of NU-7. SIGMA-9 has been contacted and put on alert for reinforcements. ETA-10 has been sent to deal with and silence civilian suspicion and possible Chaos Insurgency in Novokuznetsk. All Mobile Task Force units are to stay at a level-5 threat until further notice.

If you come in contact with SCP-682, report the incident to Forward Operating Base DELTA (F.O.B. Δ) and remain still as sudden movements can startle or anger SCP-682 causing possible casualty or injuries. Report all casualties and injuries immediately to the F.O.B. Δ Mobile Medical Facilities to be dealt by medical attendants.

OP. 682 - OP. NIGHTSTALKER OBJECTIVE

MTF BETA-7 ("MAZ HATTERS") and AMTF NU-7 ("HAMMER DOWN") CBRN Platoon are to proceed with caution into the supposed exhaust pipe with SCP-131-A and SCP-131-B equipped with gas masks and night vision at 2400 to secure SCP-682 as necessary. After SCP-682 has been secured, a signal will be sent to F.O.B. Δ to confirm. SCP-682 will be airlifted via a modified Sikorsky UH-60 BlackHawk helicopter escorted by 4 Boeing AH-64 Apaches to Facility-123 to be secured in Cell-73.
