Chapter 1

Harry's p.o.v.

"Come on Niall please eat" Louis and I begged.

Ever since Zayn got arrested(a week ago) Niall hasn't been himself. Which I can understand that.

Zayn and Niall were so close but he needs to eat.

"No Lou please leave" he asked and we nodded and left.

"What are we going to do Harry" Louis asked as we laid on my bed in my now single dorm.

My roommate never came back from spring break.

He's not dead or anything,He just quite collage. He said it was to hard.

So Louis spends almost every day in here with me. When we can.

"I'm not sure boo" I said and looked up into his eyes.

"I hate seeing him like this" He spoke.

"I know" I said. "So do I"

"When Erm...I turned you...Erm down where you like this" he asked playing with his fingers.

I placed my hands over his.

"A little bit" I spoke and he tensed.

"It's fine Lou it's over we are together and Niall and Zayn will be to" I smiled and he nodded.

"Harry...Zayn couldn't of just got two years for running they would of just fined him he had to of done something worse" he spoke.

"Whatever he did it was bad" I said.

"I wish we knew" he spoke.

"Me too."

Zayn's p.o.v.(;

Two years. Two years.

That's all I've been able to think about.

Two years in a cell.

Two years off no freadoms.

Two years without Niall.

Two years without the love of my life.

Two years where he could re-fall in love.

Two years for him to leave me.

All because I was in a car with my dad.

How was I suppose to know he did drugs or was going to get caught.

I was I suppose to know he would tell to run. How could I have been stupid enough to listen.

##FLASHBACK##

"So hows Uni?'' My dad asked me as we drove to McDonalds . Yes my dad. I know I dont talk to him but he was visiting and asked to see me.

"Its going good"I smiled. I havent talked to my parents since I left for Uni. Hell we barley talked when I was home.

"Thats good. How is Niall are you guys still together?" yea he knows about Niall.

"He's good. were good" I smiled at the thought of him.

"Is that all?" The lady asked as we ordered.

"Yes thank you"Dad said.

We went to sit down and wait and suddenly two police officers started coming towards us.

"Zayn run" my dad said.

"What" I asked confused

"If you ever want to see Niall again then run and dont stop" He pushed me towards the door and I ran seconds later I herd the police officer shouting for me to come back.

I turned around just in time to see my dad being aressted.

I ran until I couldn't no more. The police officer had quite chasing me a mile back but I kept going just in case.

What had he done?

##FLASHBACK OVER##(

Drugs. My dad does drugs and I get blamed for it.

The only thing is though I shouldn't be out in here for two years for running.

Because I was clean.

Suddenly the bars open and a man comes in here and takes me with him.

He pulls me into a room where my dad is at. In his orange suit as well.

"You have five minutes." The man spoke.

"Zayn listen to me. I'm so so sorry is my fault my dealer turned me in when he got busted" he spoke.

I just nodded.

"I'll be in here for three years and then I have to spend a year in rehab. But you should be out of here soon" he spoke again.

He has no clue.

"No I won't I got two years" I said.

"For what" he asked.

"For running"

"No Zayn you can't have two years for just running" he said and looked at the man who brought me in here.

"Why does he have two years Charlie" my dad asked.

"Charlie" I asked my dad.

"Erm...Yea Charlie has always been a family friend." He smiled.

"I'm not aloud to say but an attorney will be in here in a few hours to inform why" The Charlie said.

That actually scared me.

"Listen to me Zayn. When you find out tell them you want to speak for a bit with me and then tell me ok" he said.

I nodded.

"Five minutes is up"Charlie said. I nodded.

"I love you Zayn" he said.

And I said something I haven't said in a long time.

"I love you too"
