Louis p.o.v.

Harry and I were laying in his room, we had just gotten back from the police station after talking with Zayn about Niall and how he had called.

"Louis are you still awake"

"Yea" I whispered.

"Come here baby" he said and turned me around so I was laying his arms.

"I miss him" I cried.

"I know baby shhh I miss him too" Harry spoke rubbing soothing circles in my back.

"W-what are we g-going to do" I asked.


"I'm not sure baby. I'm not sure."


"Harry"

"Yes"

"I love you"

"I love you too"

I smiled and kissed him.

Zayn's p.o.v.


"Zayn your court date is set" Rachel Smiled.

"I thought it was over I thought I was guilty" I said shocked.

Charlie had brought me to my 'conference room'

"We'll...another suspect has turned up and they have more evidence on him then they do you" she smiled.

"What's the new guys name" I asked.

"Riley is all I can say" she spoke.

I smirked. I knew exactly who Riley was.

Riley was my uncles riveraly. He was in another gang, that hated my uncle as my uncles gang hated them as we'll.

"Oh and Zayn" she said.

"Yes"

"I found Niall" she smiled.

"Where is he?" I asked.

"In the Sandpiper Hotel in Bradford but I don't tell nobody as I didn't go after him just like you asked" she smiled.

(AN/ I just made the hotel up)

"Thanks Rachel. Really" I said and she smiled and nodded.

"Oh and Rachel when is the court date" I asked.

"Friday" she smiled.

Friday which is three days away!

"Can you call Harry and Louis and ask if try can come down here" I asked and she nodded.

It was like five 0'clock do they should be out of school.


Harry's p.o.v.

"I love you too" I smiled and kissed him.

My phone rang and we pulled apart.

"Hello"

"Oh I Rachel"

"Sure see you soon bye" and with that I hung up.

"Who was it" Louis asked.

"Rachel she wants us down at the station" I said and he nodded.

We got up as got dressed and headed down there.

Rachel had led us to a room we have been to plenty of times to talk to Zayn.

"Hey mate" we smiled as she sat us down in front of Zayn.

"Hey guys I've got some good news" Zayn said.

"Go on" Louis smiled.

"I've found Niall" he smiled.

"Really?!" Lou and I said in unison.

"Yes but I have a plane if you let me go threw with it" he said.

"What is it" I asked.

"Ok first, some new evidence has popped up on somebody else so I have another court date set Friday and I might get out because they have more evidence on that person" he said.

Our faces broke into smiles.

"So what's the plane?"
