Ally's pov

So I was working my night shift and they had a performance today for more people to come, so then I brought Monica with me to see. Then they went up to introduce who it was.
"What's up Burger King" a familiar voice said. "are you ready to ROCK!" "Oh No!!" I looked up and it was Austin. I grabbed Monica. "Monica, sweetie. don't go near Austin! please" I said in a panic. she nodded. she knew he was her dad.
Then he started to sing his songs. we Jammed out to his new hit singles. Some I had to cover her ears because he sang about getting drunk and strip clubs, also about sex!! The nerve of that. His other appropriate songs were about heartbreak and love also memories. Then this song he sang lastly broke my heart a little.

I dropped a tear. "yeah, he wrote that song about six years ago and it got a hit single. Everyone loved it, but he still sings it because its true," Dez said, "You talking to me," I said with an accent. "yeah, ooh listen this is my favorite part,"

"Yeah, it was based off this girl he loved, Ally. she ran away seven years ago and we never found her," Dez explained. "He named this song-" he got interrupted by Austin "that was 'Dawson' I'll be back on in five minutes," he said but sniffled a bit.
"Geez I didn't know that he could be hurt so bad after that," I said sadly. "aye cashier can I get me an order," Trish pushed Dez out the way. "sure what do you want," I said. "gimme a number five and um what's with the kid," she pointed Monica out.
"I am Monica Meghan" she said. "I'm here with my mommy, were huge Austin fans," she elbowed my leg, " oh yeah I've been fangirling over Austin since he was discovered," then Austin came out the bathroom, "Well I got an old fan of mine and her daughter," he said, "n-n-n-n-n-n-no, she's not my daughter she's my Nieces daughter, so yeah." I covered up, didn't want the same cover up story like everyone else so I made mine up and added some different stuff. "oh, where's your mommy then," Austin asked her, "Sheeeeeeees dead," she flinched. "oh you poor thing, where's my food, are you okay," Trish altered from comforting her to yelling at me. I handed her, her food. "no pay, ill just put in a free coupon," I said, "sweet" she said. "would you girls like a signature," Austin asked. "sure" Monica said.

He gave Monica a signed poster, 'Your never to young to be a rockstar, your a cool lil girl, Monica. love, Austin' then she got him to sign her arm. "Monica wanna know something," Austin whispered "what." "my middle name is Monica,' he said acting like its a shocked, "I know" she skipped away. I laughed. then Austin signed the back of his jacket and gave it to me, it smelled like tears and alcohol. but somewhere in there you can smell the old Austin. "thank you," I said. "Hey I'm gonna go perform, come sit in stage with us," he invited us. "Alright let me clock out and change." I yelled.
