(1 month later)
Nic and I have been hanging a lot more now and I’m head-over-heels in love with her. Things are almost like they were before I fucked up. Just missing one last factor….but I’m hoping that’ll change tonight.
Justin and I are back stage changing at the speed of damn light, trying to get back on stage. Selena Gomez and Nic are in another area watching. They’re in for a surprise. We had asked them to get all dolled up saying that it was ‘just for our personal amusement’ but you know. Justin and I walked back on stage and I introduced him. The music started and they played the instrumental into for a few bars while I spoke to the audience. “Justin and I are about to perform a new song for two very special women in our lives. Can we bring them out now?”
Selena and Nicole were bustled wide-eyed onto the stage. I motioned Nic over to me and Justin did the same to Lena. I whispered to her, “Just look at me” And then I started singing “Next To You” A single spotlight shone down on us as I started singing.

The spotlight shifted to Justin as he started serenading Selena. We sang through the whole song as I twirled Nicole around, stared into her beautiful eyes, which widened slightly when I sang the line:
If you had my child, that would make my life complete
Just to have your eyes on a little me
But I just smiled at her and caressed her face softly. We finished the song with a dramatic ending and I waited until it was silent to speak. I turned to Nicole and held her gently in my arms. I brushed her hair out of her face and spoke, “Nicole, I adore you. I love you, so much. I know I’ve messed up in the past, trust me I know. But….I really do love you…and I want the chance to prove that to you. Nicole Leila Stevenson, will you be my girlfriend….again?” She laughed slightly as tears shone in the corners of her eyes. “Yes, Chris” She said.
I grinned and hugged her to me tightly. The crowd broke out in applause and cheering. I grabbed her face and kissed her softly. I hugged her again before she and Selena were escorted off the stage. I was still grinning like an idiot when the music to “Yeah 3x” came on. I swallowed my grin and started performing.

Selena and I were backstage screaming. “Oh my god, Nic! That was the cutest thing ever!” “I knoooow, he’s so perfect, Lena!” “Congratulations, girl” She said, hugging me. I thanked her and then we went to seek someone out to see if it was okay to change into normal clothes. “Selly, you can” Mama J said. “But Nic, Chris said he has one last thing in store for you.” She said, winking. I sighed, confused. “Alright” I said. “It’s okay girl, you know Chris. He’ll make it worth it.” Selly said. I nodded and smiled.
They called me and I went and stood near the stage. When it was time for me to go on, Chris looked over at me and when he saw me, his face broke out in a grin. He motioned me over and I shyly walked over to him. A chair had been placed in the middle of the stage and he told me to sit down on it. Then he turned back to his adoring fans. “Now, Team Breezy, you all know the drill when it comes to one particular song of mine, “Take You Down”. He smirked as they started screaming. “I think it’s only right if my lovely girlfriend gets to be a part of that.” They screamed even louder as the lights dimmed and the music began.
