Avery;

Once I got home I ran up to my room and jumped around because of how fun tonight was.

I danced with the bear Matthew got me and pretended it was him, I felt a little dorky doing it but whatever.

I went downstairs and saw the parents down there.

"hey mom, hey dad" I smiled sitting down on the island

"hey sweetie, so I hear you went on a date tonight" dad wiggled his eyebrows. I laughed "we're just friends" I smile

Then jack came down he looked at me and smirked also sitting down at the island.

"Ok kids dinner will be ready in a bit" mom said while her and dad walked out of the room.

I took out my phone and scrolled through twitter when all of a sudden jacks hand was set on my thigh.

I jumped and swatted his hand away "what are you doing" I whisper shouted.

He still had that stupid smirk plastered on his face as if he didn't do anything.

I rolled my eyes and went back on my phone when he did it again. I got aggravated and went to the couch.

He followed and did the same thing over and over again.

I felt so awkward.

I went upstairs and he was following behind and before I could get to my door he shoved me against the wall making my phone fall.

"You ass" I groaned picking up my phone

"Why are you acting like that" I growled

"Because you like it" he chuckled

"Actually no so leave me alone" I said shoving him but he didn't budge.

He then leaned I and kissed me I gasped at his sudden action and that gave him the time to explore my mouth.

I wasn't kissing back but I wasn't stopping him. I didn't know what to do. Then I shoved him off and ran into my room.

He opened the door and came and sat next to me.

I liked the kiss but it was just wrong.

"I'm sorry" he sighed putting his head down.

"It's uh fine" I paused "but why'd you do it" I ask

He shrugged "you're just really pretty and I couldn't resist, especially in that outfit" he said eyeing me up and down

I covered my body and he chuckled.

I remember I hadn't changed yet.

I blushed a bit and shoved him a bit

"I know you may think what I did was wrong and I sort of is but remember, were not blood related" jack said while walking out.

Jack;

"Jack come down here please"mom and dad called I groaned and walked down

"Yes" I asked peeking my head over the stair railing.

"Come sit" dad said

I went to take a seat and they started talking.

"So tomorrow is Avery's eighteenth birthday and we want to throw her a surprise party tonight so we were wondering if you could distract her for a bit and maybe take her to the beach or something" I smile and nodded going up the stairs

I walked into her room and saw her dancing in a long t-shirt with her long socks on

She looked so cute.

She didn't notice me until she turned around and she turned red.

"Want to go to the beach" I chuckled leaning on the bedroom door.

"Sure" she smiled running to her closet and grabbing her bikini.

It was currently five thirty in the afternoon so we had about two hours to kill.

She shoved me out of her room and I frowned "can't I stay for the show" I pouted

She did something surprising and kissed my lips then smirked and shit the door on my face.

I smirked and went to go change.

Avery;

I just kissed my stepbrother and I liked it??

No you didn't

Ugh, I put on my black bikini which in fact was gorgeous.

After changing I put on a black crop top and some shorts then grabbed my white sandals and went downstairs

"Finally" jack said

"Oh shush" I teased

We started walking and he snaked his arm around my waist but then I moved a bit.

He frowned and I climbed onto his back and I pecked him on the cheek this way it seemed like a brother and sister relationship.

We got to the beach and I ran around acting crazy and jack just laughed at me.

I looked and saw Matt was here with some girl and I frowned.

Then jack came up behind me and whispered in my ear "don't worry you don't need him, you have me" I giggled and took my shorts and crop top off.

"It's rude to stare you know" I chuckled looking at him.

He blushed and looked away.

"Let's go get ice cream" jack smiled grabbing my hand and dragging me into the shop.
