Zephyr

Everyone meet my new OC, Zephyr!

Here are some info about her:

Name: Zephyr

Last name: *Forgotten*

Title: "The Reaper"/ "The Fear Reaper"/ "The Female Reaper"

Age: 17,000 years old

-Rarely smiles

-Grim Reaper's apprentice

Hobbies: Listening to Deeva's songs, Dyeing hairs every once in a while with neon colors, reaping demon souls, hanging out with Deeva, etc.

NOTE: Deeva just turned 19,000 cuz reasons. (in my 2nd art book she was 18,000) Some Demons stop aging when they reach their 18thk age. So Zephyr has 1k year left to gain a few height..lol. Also Deeva doesn't have a mother. She died due to a curse.

Backstory (brainstormed this last night):

Zephyr's mother and father were killed by a demon when she was just a babe. When she was 12(human) she was killed by the same demon who took the life of her parents. Her soul was taken by the Grim Reaper (bcuz that's his job)

During Deeva's middle 18thk birthday she begged her father to have a friend that she can actually hand out with. Since her father doesn't trust other kingdom or commoner's as her daughter's friend because they might be spies or assassins.. so he didn't allow it. Deeva told her father they didn't have to be living from hell, and by that point Grim arrived to the place and found the young lady's request interesting and offered to help by reincarnating just one of the grim's reaped souls as a birthday gift for the lady. The king was hesitant at first, but the love for her daughter was extreme and allowed it (because reincarnated humans are still humans and are so easy to manipulate and kill). So Grim showed Deeva his collection of reaped soul.

There were ALOT of souls and it was really hard for Deeva to choose, but just in the most corner of the room there was a glowing neon green light shining. Deeva asked grim why the soul was shining. Grim explained that glowing souls are souls that have unfinished business and aren't ready to 'move on'. 

Deeva liking the idea of glowing souls she chose the neon colored soul.

And there Zephyr was reincarnated, she remembers only her name because of the Dog tag that she had when she was reincarnated. She doesn't know her last nor middle name.

Bonus Fact: When souls are reincarnated they are naked, but some objects that they didn't want to let go stays.. so Deeva literally covered Grim's eyes at that time and gave Zeph her long jacket.

Zephyr had amnesia and only knows her name, but deep down inside she knows she had a wish and a goal.. she just didn't know what it was.

Deeva happily accepted Zephyr and Zephyr shyly accepts Deeva as a friend.

Zephyr at first was really warry and scared of the demons considering they always give a 'look' on Zephyr, cuz she was human. She only considers the King, Deeva and Grim as her friend.

( She doesn't really age much when she's in hell because the surface and the underworld have huge time difference)

The king liked Zephyr because of her sweetness and kindness (I mean Zephyr always bakes cookies for the king on weekends). And because she is Deeva's bff, she lives in the castle :D

BUTT

Every decade a fragment of memory of Zephyr comes.. it's like this 1 human year memories = 1,000 demon years. So everytime she ages in a millenium she remembers her human year memories as human age (I hope u understand this).

The time/decade when Zephyr remembered the death of her parents she became much more wary and scared of demons. But except for Deeva, she tells every memory she remembers to Deeva.. and this just makes Diva sad because it was her own kind that killed Zeph's parents.

Now... at the 12th millenium of Zephyr.. the memories of her 'death'.

This just made her mad.

like for months she wouldn't get out of her room, and she would scream constantly as she remembers the demon who killed her and her parents.

At her mid 12th millenium she swore vengeance.

(Before I forget, the reason why Grim is in this kingdom because he likes Deeva.. also the remember that some demons stop aging at 18k so Grim look young af)

This made the king scared for him, his kingdom and his daughter. She asked Deeva to knock some sense to Zeph.

And Deeva did.. for how many months, she finally did. And when that day happened Zeph cried buckets.

The king felt pity that he thought Demons, aren't allowed to go to the surface, except for the Grim Reaper and other High jobs that needs to go to the surface,  because they were banned. And the idea of the demon being being able to go to the surface only means that THAT demon is strong and powerful to be able to do that and that poses a problem to their kingdom.

So the king and Grim planned to help Zeph get her revenge on the demon.. because it will also help them get rid of the problem. And told their Zeph about it.

So Zeph accepted the king and grim's help.

Zeph trusted everyone in the kingdom and vice versa. Everyone already know how kind and sweet Zeph is, and to know her backstory just brings tears in their eyes (even demons have soft spots).

So Deeva is a famous pop star/singer and Zeph is known in the kingdom already.

Zeph only shows her true self to people she already knows. So she acts differently to strangers.

Time skip to present:

Zephyr became the head of the royal guard and a apprentice of Grim.

She is really really strong! Not just because she was trained hard by THE GRIM REAPER. But also she was trained in a young military group when she was human!

She became the second reaper, but instead of reaping human souls.. Zephyr is in charge of reaping demon souls.

She accepts bounty hunts for criminal demons, she collects dead demon souls and is already known worldwide as the 2nd Reaper. Instead of "Grim Reaper" she is called "Fear Reaper" from her name zePHYR (cuz it's pronounced as fear). But most people just call her "The Reaper or The Female Reaper".

She is already like a sister to Deeva and vice versa and she is Deeva's loyal bodyguard :D

And before I forget this last thing, she was turned to a demon before she became a reaper and a royal guard, so that she is an actual IMMORTAL and can roam around anywhere in hell.. and since she's a reaper she is allowed to go to the surface. Though she isn't really seen by regular humans.. only special ones ;)
