"Rouge attack. We thought they had you because they left your dress along with a note." I felt like he was leaving something out but did not press.
"Oh, well I'm here. Where's mom and dad at?" I asked.
"Well, dad being one of our top worriers... He's kinda... " paused.
"Where is he Jace!" I said.
"He's in the packs emergency room." Jace said real quick.
I rushed to the emergency room not listening to all the calls of my name behind me
Present time:
It's been five days since the pack was attacked by rouges. My dad broke his left arm, 3 ribs, and his right leg. All in all he's managing. As for the last time I've seen my mate well that's another story.
If my brother finds out he'll kill him and break my legs just so I couldn't go anywhere or sneak out to see him. It's killing me not seeing him but he went away on pack business. Jace has been acting weird tho. And I'm worried about him.
He's rarely home, just after he refused to go back to South America with Anthony to finish up so business. Thinking of weird acting people, Lancy has been acting really strange. She barley talks to me anymore and if she dose it's a simple word like 'hello' or 'goodbye'. I gotta figure out what's up with them two but for now I'm stuck at school. Math class to be exact.
"Miss Summers, what's the formula for solving the area of a triangle?" F^ck! Area I was not paying attention I hadn't been paying attention for years I barely pass math now a days.
"Umm. . .Pass?" I asked. He shook his head.
"No miss Lillie I want you to answer the question." I shake my head. I feel 21 pairs of eyes on me. My classmates.
"I don't know Mr. Nole." I tell him as the class stifles a giggle. I shrug down into my seat.
"Just as I thought meet me after class miss Summers. Arnold do you know the answer?"
"Yes Mr. Noel sir it's. . ." 20 minutes later the bell rings and I stay sitting in my seat as all my other class mates make there way out. Lancy send me a sad side glance, but something else is behind the sad glance.
"Miss Summers you are now officially failing my class." I look at him in astonishment.
"But Mr. Nole's-" he cuts me off.
"No, you have no other choice but to find a tutor," he starts shuffling behind his desk. "I have a list here, you can pick from here or find your own tutor. If you grades have not improved by the next test I have no other choice then to fail you for this semester witch means you will come to summer school if you want to pass your senior year." I gape as he hands me the paper with names on it. "You are dismissed." I walk out his class room and towards the cafeteria for lunch.
Once I step into the cafeteria it's loud and noisy as per usual. This school is divided up in cliques. And is also a mix of humans and werewolf. We drive thirty minutes out just to get here.
I walk to the lunch line go through it then decide where to sit. Lancy is a no she's keeping something from me. I'll just find an empty lunch table.
I find one in the back behind the geeks table. I'm not making any fun of them at all but what else am I supposed to call them?! Anyway I sat down with my tray and pulled out my phone. Before I could start texting I was rudely interrupted.
