Ch. 19 [ Put me Down ! ]

It was late when we finished the movie. Ingy and Kim asked me to go watch a new movie in cinema this night. I didn’t want to go but I ended up with them. The movie was Wanted. I just laughed in that movie so much! I didn’t really like it.

We went the get some pop corn out. I told them that I ll get some for us so I went alone and they waited me inside. It was really crowded. So many people in here. There was that guy who was trying to push me really hard.

‘ HEY !!! cant you see her !’

Umm… I heard someone saying that !! I know that voice but could It be ? I turned my head to see who was that and would thank him.

I found him. I found Jack.

‘ Jack !’ I said.

‘Yeah Lila. you should watch out for these jerks.’ He said.

‘ I don’t care Jack…’ I told him.

‘ but I do !’ he said.

Our eyes met and I couldn’t believe what I heard !

‘ what do you want Lila ? I ll get it for you’ he said.

‘ no need ! just go .. and thank you’ I told him

I then moved myself away from him when I found his hands around me. he was actually protecting me from these other guyz around us. I couldn’t get him ! why is he doing that ? isn’t he afraid if Sally saw him in this position with me ?

I then let him buy me some pop corn.

‘ ummm. Jack.. Thank you …. I guess I have to go now and find Ingy and Kim’ I told him.

‘ well… can you just forget about him a little bit and come with me ?’ he asked.

‘ I …i….i don’t know ‘ I mumbled and blushed .. I didn’t know what to say.. I am surprised !

‘ well… I guess I don’t have a choice then’ he gave me an evil look.

What is he up to !!

‘ OMG !!! put me down Jackk.. put me downnn !!!’ I shouted at him but no one just listened to me because it was too noisy already. Noone seemed to care.

I carried me with his big soft hands. He was so gentle that I stopped screaming in a second.

‘ Jack’ I whispered in his ears while he was carrying me and going towards his car.

‘ yes Lila?’ he replied.

‘ where are you taking me?’ I asked.

‘ you ll see … just get in’ he said in a softly gentle voice.
