Ch. 20 [ Together alone but.. ]

‘close your eyes Lila’ he said.

I closed my eyes and he took my hand and I went out of his car. He guided me and we walked for a while.

‘ now open it’ he said.

‘ O M G ! ‘ I shouted.

There were fireworks everywhere and I could see my name in one of them… in the sky….it was a splendid view. I just…. I didn’t believe my eyes !!

‘ Happy Birthday Lila’ he smiled softly and planted a kiss on my right hand.

I blushed really fast. But….

‘ how did you know my birthday date ?’ I asked.

‘ I know a lot about you Lila’ he said.

‘and as for today .. It wasn’t a coincidence.. actually I knew you ll be there in the cinema.. Ingy told me.. so I planned this whole thing !!’ he said.

‘ so .. that’s why ingy insisted on getting the pop corn and that’s why she wanted me to go alone.’ I said.

‘ Lila … lets go’ Jack said while holding my both hands in his. Ohhh… it’s a boat.

‘ today you ll be my princess… please get in Princess Lila’ he said.

I was so happy !! I took his hands and let him guide me in. he then carried me so that my legs wouldn’t get wet. I blushed…. I tried to hide my face but.. he then took my hair away and told me.

‘ I like it when you are shy… actually I adore your face’ he said.

Ohhh Godd !! am I dreaming ?? is Jack actually OK ?? why is he acting in this way ? didn’t he have his Sally ? why is he doing all that !!?

‘ just sit here and let me sail’ he said.

I looked in his eyes and was amazed by the way he is looking at me but yet I was too shy and embarrassed because of the way I look. I was wearing  aloose bootcut dark blue jeans with a Zelda tshirt. I was… yeah… Tomboy !! and he was the most handsome guy I ever knew and met.

‘ Jack’ I said.

‘ Yes my Princess’ he said and I blushed.

‘ why are you doing this ?’ I asked.

‘ doing what?’ he asked back.

‘ well… caring and all you did today ‘ I mumbled.

He then smiled and said.

‘ you ll know in the right time’ he said.

‘ what do you mean by the right time ?’ I asked.

 He didn’t answer me . I was really annoyed but what he said. I was expecting something else. After all he did today !! iw as really expecting another reply !!

I guess I was dreaming a lot ! I was fooled by his smile.

‘ you are with Sally now Jack.. you know !’ I said.

‘ yeah I know Lila… can you please drop the subject !’ he got really angry and I don’t know why !

‘ ummm.. Jack. You are the one who should stop being mr player !’ I shouted at him.

‘ you just don’t know anything !!!!’ he shouted back at me.

‘ Yeah !! so !!! tell me !’ I yelled.

He then took a moment in silence and then said.

‘ in the right time Lila’

‘ OK JACK !!! as you wish !! now .. I want to go back !! I don’t want to be with you anymore !!’ I yelled at him .. my eyes were full of tears.

‘ Ok Lila… we will go back now’ he said……….

I went back to my house.. I rushed into my room and started crying … how could he !! do I amuse him ?? why is he insisting on treating me like I am nothing !! like he want to have fun with me for a couple days !!

I then snapped out and hear my cell phone ringing. It was Kim… I have to calm down !! if he knew what happened .. there will be a fight !

‘ hey Kim’ I said in a low voice.

‘ Lila… are you ok ??’ he asked me.

‘ yeah fine… why are you asking ??’ I lied and pretending everything was fine.

‘ well.. you left all of a sudden in cinema and when I asked Ingy .. she told me that you texted her and said you  weren’t feeling well so you went home.. I tried to catch you up but .. I couldn’t..’ he said.

‘ yeah!! I was feeling ache in my stomach.. but I am feeling gr8 now !! thanks for caring !’ I said

Actually the ache wasn’t in my stomach .. It was in my heart.. stabbed every time I see him ! I guess I should move on and forget him !.............................
