So guess what happened. Reggie and Brynn broke up. Of course. Didn't I say they would.
"So Reggie just broke up with me" Brynn texted me. I immediately replied with "OMG r u serious?! How when and why?!"
"He said that he couldn't handle dating anyone right now and that he had other stuff to deal with 😭"
"Awww I'm sorry 😫"
"And guess how he said it"
"Oh no. He didn't text you did he?!"
"He did. He freaking texted me that he wanted to break up 😒"
"Omg he's such a bad person. He broke up with Sydney like that too. I don't get why people date him 😒 and what kind of excuse is 'I have stuff to deal with' that's so dumb"
"Yeah sorry I have to go now. Bye"
"Oh okay bye Brynn. You can get over him it'll be okay"
So now I'm conflicted. If they broke up that's good for me cause now maybe he will like me? But I don't want to date my friends ex. That's a cardinal rule of friendship. Don't date your friends exes. Like ever. So we'll just see how everything turns out. But here's hoping
