Girl you got this heart lock on me, I don't think I can control it
I hold on with all my might while you look at me in my eye
Like a vitamin you put back my energy, you're making me stronger, and bring out the best of meLittle More x Chris Brown
"Bryson Jamal Tiller! I told yo ass I was coming! Hold on!" My sister barked into the phone making me kiss my teeth. "Man, Omi. I been out here for thirty minutes. You know that ride home, gon' be crazy cause of this traffic. Why you told me you was ready, knowing you wasn't?" I asked. "I was ready!" She whined. "I couldn't find my bag, I'm coming out now."
I held the phone to my ear and looked around all the exits before I saw her walk out. I smiled seeing my baby sister struggling as she pulled her two suitcases behind her. I jumped out the Escalade and ended the call before jogging over to her.
"Nigga, help me! Standing there cheesin' and shit." She said letting go of the suitcases. "That's how you greet yo favorite brother?" I smirked. "That how I greet my only, impatient brother! You need to stop chillin' with Mack, he rubbin' off on you for real." She said pulling me into a hug. "I missed you so much big head!" She said making me laugh. "I missed you too."
"Get my bags and let's go! I wanna see my baby!" She whined before jumping in the passenger seat. I shook my head and loaded her two suitcases and duffle bag in the back. I slammed it shut and hopped back into the driver's seat.
"So, who you was talking about? Lei or Mack?" I asked starting the car. Neither Naomi nor Mack were slick. Mack started liking my sister her junior year of high school, he didn't say anything, but I wasn't stupid. He would always look at her a certain way, and I made sure to slap that nigga upside the head whenever he did that shit. I wasn't about to let that shit happen because one, Mack was a fucking dog. He fucked anything with a pussy and a heartbeat. Second, this nigga was too old for her. And second, I didn't wanna have to deal with their drama if/when they ever fell out.
Naomi wouldn't admit it, but I knew she liked him too. When I noticed how she was looking at him one day, I had to put her on game about my right hand man. I knew I couldn't detour her from liking him, but I also let her know how I would feel if she ever was to get with that nigga. I knew my sister held anything thing I said to her in mind, so I wasn't surprised when she curved him. I had to laugh at Mack that day, it was funny to see him get rejected for once.
"Boy please. Ain't nobody checking for Mackai." She rolled her eyes. "I can't wait to see my Lani!" She gushed. "I talked to her yesterday when she was with mommy, she told me she had a boyfriend. Isn't that cute?" She gushed again. I looked over at her and cocked my eyebrow. "She better not have no damn boyfriend. That shit ain't cute." I grumbled.
When I used to watch movies about fathers not wanting their daughters to grow up were always dumb as shit to me. Until I had one. I couldn't even think about Lei even growing up, much less having a boyfriend. My princess was my everything. She was literally my heartbeat. Every birthday that passed was getting her closer and closer to being eighteen and the shit was scary. Mind you, she's only four.
