Scotts POV
I was holding Kirstie's cold hand and noticed that her heart monitor getting slower. I screamed for help and nurses and doctors came rushing in pushing me out of the way.
I couldn't help it. I started to break down. Crying. Screaming at the ceiling. Basically I was dying inside. I didn't want her to be gone. I wanted her to marry and have kids with me, and if she's gone... That won't happen.
I continued to cry and scream like I was throwing a tantrum or something while everyone was trying to calm me down.
The doctors informed us she was on her last leg. (In other words she was most likely going to die)
Mitch's POV
It really hurt me to see Scott like this. Scott was always the happy one. The one who always looked on the positive side. It also hurt me to see Kirstie almost dead. She was losing color in her skin, and it's been the longest I've seen her go without smiling.
Kirstie's POV
I was so heavy feeling I thought I was going to burst through the floor. But suddenly I was rising up. To the clouds. I had realized I was dying and going to heaven (sorry if your religion is different). I started to cry. I didn't want to go just yet. I had so much more to do. I had Scott and my career had just started. I started to fight. Trying to make myself more heavy to sink. Nothing was working.
I saw him. The big guy. I went through the gate. It was so magical. Everyone was so friendly. But still I cried. I went up to him. I cried and pleaded to go back.
He asked me "what's your name?"
I replied "Kirstie Maldonado"
He shook his head. "If I'm not mistaken u aren't suppose to be here yet"
"Leave" he said.
"I wish I knew how to" I replied.
"He does." He said pointing to a little boy.
The boy took my hand and lead me into a tunnel with a staircase. He motioned telling me to go down. I hesitated but I made my way. It went straight to my colorless lifeless body.
Scotts POV
I fell asleep as I broke down in the middle of the hospital hallway. Someone brought me to the apartment complex and put me to bed. I noticed the sounds coming from the kitchen. I stood up and carefully walked to the kitchen. I couldn't believe what I saw. I saw the most beautiful girl cooking breakfast. Sure enough it was her. She turned around jumped on me and gave me the biggest hug if all time.
