A Ruined Flower

A beautiful, rare flower

Is buffeted by the wind

Against a terrible shower

It can not defend

From a tree above

A branch falls to the ground

Scarring the flower of love

In this spot it is bound

The crippled flower

Bleeding it's tears

Sways in the dooming shower

And succumbs to it's fears

Ruined Flower
