You were in the middle of no where, only surrounded by dense forest. The sun had just begun to set.
'Where am I?' You thought.
There was a small path leading deeper into the forest. You had no choice but to see where it lead.

Someone or something started laughing maniacally. You stopped in your tracks, the area around you was getting dark. You couldn't turn back now or the darkness would consume you.
You start moving forward again. The laughing only grew louder.
In the distance there was a blue flame lit on the ground. This was the only light you had left.
"H-hello?" You yelped
"HahaHUEHUEhehehe." Was your only response.
"Uhh.. Where are you?" You asked. Thinking about if you really wanted to meet the person behind the laughing.
"Down here!" Said the voice.

You look down to see a small concrete Triangle.
"Hello?"
"Hai! Mind helping out! I'm kinda stuck here!"
"Uh how did you get yourself stuck?" You asked. 'Am I really talking to a triangle?'
"That's not important at all! But if you help me, I'll give you an I.O.U"
You reached down for the triangle. As your hands got closer the laughter got louder.
You laid a hand on one of the edges, before you could lay your other one a sudden scream woke you up.

"RISE N SHINE!" Mabel stood In the door way, holding a grey sweater.
"G-good morning" you manage to say, your head was spinning.
"Sorry to wake you up so suddenly but Soos needs a little help running the shop!"
"That's okay..."
She stared at you for a moment before handing you the sweater. "I made you this! Sorry its grey, I didn't know what your favorite color was."
You held the sweater in your hand. So soft.
"Thank you so much!" You said. "No ones ever made me anything." You look down at the sweater, blushing

"Mabel." Dipper appeared. His eyes fixed on his sister. Not even looking at you. "Soos is waiting."
"Alright! Well I'll see you down stair!"
The both of them left. You closed the door and changed into your worn black skinnies and the grey sweater. It had a white cloud in the center. 'Cute'.

You head down stairs to the living room. There sat Stan and Mabel eating a bowl of cereal.
"Morning." Stan said, keeping his gaze on the television.
"Good morning." You whisper.

A chubby bald man walked in, wearing a suit, fez and an eye patch.
"Oh hello! I'm Soos!" He said cheerfully. You look at him with confusion.
"Oh this is just a costume! I still have both my eyes!" He moved the eye patch, revealing his eye. "I also run the mystery business since Stan retired."
He extended one of his meaty hands. You shook it gently.
"Well.." His voice changed. "Wendy took the day off to be with her Husband and we need someone to fill her spot. Do you think you can do it?"
You nodded.
"Good! Here!" He grabbed a pile of signs and dropped them in your arms. "Just hang these outside, you can come back once your done! Have fun kiddo."

You do as your told and head out to the front yard, signs in hand.
Dipper was also outside, nailing things to trees.
With out saying a word, you begin working.

At times you caught Dipper staring at you. It was hard not to smile. You did the same. Staring a his features and movements as he worked. He was attractive. Tall and slim. His hair fell perfectly over his eyes, uncut and shaggy. He wore a dark blue beanie with a small lighter blue pine tree sown into the side.

Dipper:
'Why is she staring?' Dipper thought to himself, not realizing he was staring himself.
He was staring at her beautiful figure. She wasn't slim and he liked, she had a bit of weight to her. Her hair was dark and fell almost mid waist. She looked nothing like Wendy. Wendy was pale and her face was dotted with freckles. ___(y/n)___ was pale but her face was clean and bright. Her eyes were a dark green that brought slight mystery to her appearance. He loved it.

She was driving him up the walls. He didn't trust her at all, yet he was dying to talk to her.
'She heard Bill.. She can't be trusted.'

"D-Dipper?" Hearing his name made him jump. She stood there looking at him with those shy green eyes.
"S-sorry to bother you.. But I need help.." Her voice was soft and sweet, making Dippers stomach knot.
"With what ?" He cracked out.
A small smirk snaked across her face. "U-uh.."
He looked at her, she was clearly out off signs, so what did she need.
"Please talk to me. I need answers."
Dipper didn't like where this was going.
"I-I found this.. And was wondering if you knew who it belonged to?"
She handed him The third Journal.
