Karkat's Pov.
Karkat is a reluctant demon hunter. Hunting demons wasn't his first choice of profession, it is a family business. He is walking through the woods with his brother's shotgun. Why? Because his brother, Kankri, shot down a demon. He doesn't think that what his family does is right, in fact he despises it. Anyways his brother shot a demon and told HIM of all people to go find and kill it. Karkat walked and walked and walked until he saw something moving. He immediately froze. "H-Hello?" He stuttered. "I-Is someone there?" When he said that the movement started to get closer, quickly. When it reached him he was knocked to the ground and attacked.
